June 2021Im officially done with Nandos. The food quality is pathetic!My supper this evening was a disaster. Im done with the bad service, high price tag, small portions and poor quality food. Goodbye Nandos!Final verdict, spend your money elsewhere!

The food is very inconsistent. More often than not, theres only 3 strips of chicken in a pita thats so poorly constructed that its falling apart. Recently theres hardly any salad in the pitas either. Not worth the price.

Its been able to maintain a good reputation since the day it was opened. Very good.

Really disappointed. Was tempted to try the new prego burger after seeing the ads everywhere.Ordered the new prego burger and it didnt even have any onions in it. There was literally just 1 circle of an onion. The burger fillet also had a bad taste. Please dont fool customers who spend their money on your restaurant. Food quality really needs to be improved.

The worst service everThey served me food that was ordered hours before mine but because it was the same order they tried to convince me that it was the right order but the original slip was stuck under the paper bag...... maybe your store manager gets covid and his replacement will have more respect but you dont swear and chase a woman out of the store and when you see she has a husband you tune changes health lesson 1.0.1

Nandos... My go to place, just love it, never a complaint, service and food exceptional.

Worst services ever, ordered livers with a roll but they didnt put in my roll with my livers, called them they didnt even apologies told me i must unitl they have a delivery out so they can bring it so now i must wait for them to have my lunch

My preferred Nandos to order from. Their food is that good that I pass two other nandos franchises to get from Northcliff to Florida. Their chicken is delicious and they always add extra sauce to their packaging. I really enjoy your food.

Went there for lunch with my wife and grand kids. The service was good ,the food was great. They have some nice specials as well.The only upset was the big green flies all over ones food. Spent more time chasing away flies then enjoying the food. Asked for a takeaway container and had our food at home. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE FLIES

We bought at the shop twice and the first time the incorrect order was given the second time the order was short, we tried calling and no one answers the phone.

Nice warm atmosphere. Im a estate agent and met a buyer there to sign my deal! Nandos will bring me luck so my buyer offer will be accepted..hehe..Thanx.Even the waiter was nice and professional...

Its a quiet place for a peaceful experience.

Very neat and well set up for an eat in restaurant. You can have a meeting, while you charging you laptop or tablet. Efficiency in service. Its located within a Mall and parking is spacious. All Covid guidelines well observed.

Nandos is a perfect place to get spicy food and the food you get is delicious.Its so good, my family and l love Nandos and we have had it so many times

I would have given 3 out of 5 stars but the girl who took my order was so helpful, explaining the various meals I inquired about....as Im not familiar with the menu, nor most take awayx menus really. When I collected, this was the upsetting part but not. Two girls handling the collections. Without getting into silly details....one girl ridiculously rude, angry really. .....and when I asked for a sachet of nandos peri peri sauce she went off at me, BUT luckily the second girl was the opposite, absolutely delightful actually and quickly handed over a sachet, shaking her head apologeticly. Well done to her....and so professionally and geniunely handled. As ford the food, I had the something called paprika spicy rice with pulled chicken, avo and halloumi. Very tasty but stingy on each element. Nandos, charge your price, food is good but then at least provide what is paid for.

Purchased a avo and chicken wrap with coleslaw and chips....was ice cold when it arriced. Soggy. I had two flavours in my wrap...lemon and herb and mild. After asking for lemon and herb. Other items on order ...rice and strips ....cold.....chicken livers....cold. this was a very bad meal and i will never order from you again

So I ordered chicken and chips 29/11/2019. I must say the chicken was good(2 stars). As for the fries, my goodness, dont know whether they used rotten potatoes or what. I mean you could smell some rottenness. Tried calling the shop but nobody was picking my call. So disappointed.

I ordered food on your online app and paid for it and Ive been waiting 3 hours for my food. Calling multiple times and getting told its on the way everytime I call. I am still waiting. Its really frustrating to get told that the food is on the way everytime i call. Fix your delivery service

Quality is slowly deteriorating. The cheese is some processed slab rather than a slice of actual cheese. Tastes like paint. Chicken is good though, when they get it right.

Absolutely Pathetic!!! Probably the worst Nandos I have ever dealt with. Service in the shop is horrible so we called them to place a delivery order last night (26 October) at around 17h45 and once my 4 item order and address was repeated to the lady over 3 times she dropped the call immediately. We waited about an hour until i called back to track my order, only to be told that my order was never put in the system yet they had my name, cell number and address!! It then took another 2 hours for our food to be delivered. So almost 3 HOURS to deliver and my order was wrong! The Florida Nandos managers and staff need to be seriously evaluated in my opinion. I do not want to be directed to customer service i want my money back!
