Drive through fast. Only problem a few times they dont include salt and sauces. You only realise that when you get home. But either than that service is good and food always fresh

Bought a meal on special on 13 April , Festa fries and a breast. The fries had charrred pieces of chicken (hopefully it was chicken?) Spoiled my appetite. Very careless and inconsiderate of what they sell to customers.

Waited a long in the parking and got the wrong order. Requested extra sauce for all 4 orders but 2 didnt have extra sauce. Lastly we didnt get any tomato sauce n salt sachets,ate dry wedges. 😑 otherwise the chicken was tasty...

WORST SERVICE EVER.......VERY DISAPPOINTEDI just received the worst service ever from Nandos Horizon View. I placed an order at the drive through window and when I got to the collection window, I was told to wait 3 to 5 minutes to which I did not have a problem with. 25 minutes later I had to go inside the store to find out what the delay was. When I entered the a lady greeted me with my order......which was not even double checked with me. I complained again and all I got was a shoulder gesture. When I got home , we realized that the order was incorrect. I then called the store only to be told to return the order...which I disputed as it was not my mistake. I then asked to speak to the store manager only to be issued with a cell phone number which I called 3 times and the gave up. About 30 minutes later the manager then called me on my cell and when I expressed my unhappiness he then proceeded to explain to me that it was his day off and even went as far as telling me that he has financial difficulties as well as transport issues.....my heart goes out to him but I feel that as a loyal and paying customer I was robbed of R288,00 as that is what my order amounted too.Order was placed at 15:26Went inside the-store at 15:45.Received call from manager 16:35.WORST SERVICE EVER.......VERY DISAPPOINTED. HOPE THIS REACHES THE HIGHEST LEVEL AND THAT MY CONCERNS DO NOT FALL ON DEAF EARS...

When I went the drive thru was not working on Sunday 8th. I dont understand why would they close the drive thru in these covid times. I ddnt feel safe pulling and pushing the door, there was no one at the door to ensure that people sanitize when walking in, the sanitizer is in those spray bottle that everybody holds to spray (I dont understand why such a big restaurant ca not afford the step to sanitize. I will talk about the rudeness of the cashier some other time.

I asked if they have magnum platinum and the lady at the window said yes. Finally when we arrive at the collection point, I was handed almond. That was disappointing. I dont like almond. The stiff can try and be honest about what is being sold. That would be appreciate. Overall the service was okay ish.

Where do I even begin? march 29 I was given wedges that looked like they were left overs. I had to ask them to give me fresh wedges as they were even cold. they made fresh ones and I overlooked the ordeal.FF>> my recent trip was unbelievable...I got meat that looked like it was tempered with to make the rice curry bougie bowl before given to me, even the fries were . I showed management and she told me that there is nothing she can do cause I had tasted the meal. It took me a lot of energy, schooling them to respect my position as a paying customer. Manager seemed unbothered.

This is one of the upgraded Nandos and we havent had a bad experience with the food in the drive through. The only issue with Nandos has always been that their prices has increased significantly over the years vs the portions they provide. When you compare takeaways from Nandos you might as well go and eat at a restaurant. The best Nandos that I ever visited is the one at Eagles view.

When I placed my chicken order I forgot to be specific with which part I would like & the person who was assisting didnt even bother checking with me&the food was cold.

Its is clean, spacious and very warm (great stuff). The food was great!!! I have a very big family and we ordered quite a bit of food but they got everything to our table. I was also glad to see a basin with hot and cold water to wash our hands especially under the covid19 circumstances. Great Great Great!!!

I have made peace with the fact that I will not be supporting them again.We support businesses with hard earned money and dont expect to receive poor quality service in return. Dry checking and chips. Not going back. Thanks you.I ordered burgers, they tasted like they were made the previous day. They were cold and soggy. My daughter could not finish hers. Had a really bad experience.

I just ordered a specific meal via Mr Delivery then i got a different meal from what i ordered. Very bad.

Bought lemon and herb chicken burger and chips,what a let down.Not a drop of sauce in the burger.one dry rubbery mess.The chips were bland and tasteless,no salt or spices anywhere.The hotpot were basically just rice and really no pulled chicken pieces anywhere.Huge let down and money wasted,they wont see me and all our friens and Fam again.They need to pull up their socks.Totally bad experience.
