Exactly what you expect from a KFC franchise.. Good service, friendly staff, clean and sanitized eating areas

Slowest service ever. Gave order at intercom, when arriving at window to pay there were so many errors. Stood in line at drive through for ages. Waited what seemed a lifetime for the vehicle infront of us yet the basically ordered the smallest meals. Does not justify the wait

The service is great, food quality is good. The drive through is not very busy, its a little narrow to turn so watch your tyres but overall one of the better KFCs in the area

Enjoyed the meat. Fresh, perfectly balanced and served warm. Less oil than usual so that was good to see

Service and quality has improved at this branch. You guys took a branch that was really not so great and turned it into one that is now finally much better. Well done and continue to improve. I had some shocking experiences here in the past but luckily that seems to be a thing of the past now. Hopefully Im not speaking too soon.

KFC Constantia Kloof is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and they make excellent food. They have the best chicken.

Always very busy, drive through entrance is not the best when this is the case.

Staff must be trained on knowing when is their peak times. 3 visits and each visit left me waiting more than 40 minutes for chicken and the store is packed with delivery guys, customers and drive through customers... Cmon guys you can do better!!

We ordered online and fetched in store.. but had to still wait in the order queue, which defeats the purpose of ordering online.. cos we were not the only ones in line for ordering OR picking up. Oh! And when we got home we discovered that they only gave us a single serviette🤔..they only lose a single ⭐rating for that though.

Stale chicken and chips. Burger was a mess. Order was ready very quickly so this was was expected.

Very limited menu options and the food is not nice.I got a burger that tasted off and when I took it back the drive through cashier was arguing with me. How ever the chef came and admitted that the tomato was a bit off.

I ordered 2x 3pc with pap and gravy at the drive thru. When I opened it at home, each container only contained 2pc of chicken. Nice scam theyve got going at the Constantia Kloof branch. Beware everyone!

Of all the KFCs around, we always drive to this one specifically. The food is good, the store is always clean and you can feel the pride in the shop. Always helpful, always reasonable in the time they take to prepare food, and its always fresh. Never had anything dry or oily from this franchise. Perhaps their only drawback is not enough cashiers in front but it has never impacted the quality of the service received. They do an awesome job

Food was not up to standard compared to the other KFCs, the chicken and wings was over boiled hence tasteless, the nuggets were soggy and had a water taste to it, and the mash and gravy tasted burnt. Will never purchase from this branch again.

This is a new small modern KFC the setup is standard for a small shop.. Food is good and so is the service. Only open for take a ways in level 3 of the covid-19 lock down.

The drive through is pathetic, payment and ordering at the same window, 35 min to place an order and once you are in the drive through you cant get out of it! Only wide enough for 1 car.....pathetic, pathetic, pathetic....oops been here 3 minutes and still not placed an order. And when phone I try they dont answer the phone. .

Treatment is different, some people get special treatment others dont.

Service is very bad. We walked out after repeatedly asking for service and Agnes who was messing around on another till showed us a handsign to wait, called out to someone to come help us but no-one came. We must have been there for about 8 minutes before we walked out, and Agnes didnt even look up to try stop us from leaving. Where was the manager, I wonder? Maybe she was the manager!!! Wont go back there in a hurry!!!!! This happened on Friday, 17 January 2020 at about 19h40. Funny thing is that there were no other customers in the store at the time.

Food is ok. Toilet and basins are dirty. Lock on the paraplegic toilet door is broken.

Their delivery truck blocked the drive-through! Order-taker little knowledge of English. No serviettes. Food good.

We generally receive good service. Recently received poor quality food. The chips were super brown, they didnt serve us the chicken pieces we ordered. The new Oreo sundae was disgusting. The ice cream tastes synthetic the Oreos didnt taste like what its suppose to.

Located conveniently close to office parks and main roads, this KFC has a drive through and indoor sit-in area. It gets really busy during lunch as expected, but the service was fast enough and the chicken tasted good. I was surprised at their fries: tastier than other KFCs Ive been to. Overall, the place could look a tad cleaner. Not that it was dirty, but I guess it being busy made it look a bit messy in the seating area.

I havent had KFC in years and we decided to have zinger burgers and wings, those were really nice except for the chips those were cold. The service is really good and it doesnt take long to get your food. I might consider going back

I really thought I always knew KFC. That is, until I discovered KFC Constantia. Pardon the cliche, but this outlet is a real case of You tried the rest now try the best. As a first timer I walked into spotless premises with ultramodern but warm homely decor. I was immediately served by a staff member, with a kind of attitude that makes one feel you know them for years. I placed my order and it was ready in hardly 3min plus another staff member asked if i was helped. I took my order and left completely overwhelmed by this customer experience. My biggest surprise came back at the office when i bit into the juiciest, crispiest and tastiest KFC ever and this no exaggeration. Keep it up and see you again soon!

Their service sucks period i have never experienced such. Yesterday I tried ordering in front my order number was 306 its worse today I tried the drive through its even worse.

The service inside the shop was very very very poor. Attention and good service is given to drive thru customers only. I waited for almost 30min to get my food. Staff dont even care when I complain.

There chips are always stale i specifically ask the lady for fresh chips and still dont receive edible chips i call in and spoke to Emily and she informed me that they checked the chips a few days ago...??? what ever that is suppose to mean the quality of there food is disgusting wouldnt recommend and think the owner should be more hands on and see whats going on there.
