Went to the branch for the Tuesday special......only to be told not on months ends......waited in queue..to be told .....cant you take a joke.....middle Tuesday only.,...manager was called Sandile......guess its how we get deceived......iyooo but great fried chicken...love it

Got home and a meal was missing, we stay in Witpoortjie and understand a place is busy but make sure your clients orders are correct....We cant drive all the way back for the missing meal. Extremely unsatisfied

It was ok. They had a communication problem on the day I visited them. They put out a signage that said they dont have snack meals but the lady at the drive through window said they did. If we didnt give it a try anyway we wouldve drove off. How many other customers drove off? Communication is important.

Friendly service and good quality product, the only negative aspect is the time management in terms of ensuring enough fried chicken for customers, case in point today when purchasing, they had to fry more chicken causing 15 min delay through the drivethru even though there were not alot of customers. However the taste out weighs the inconvenience of the additional delay

I have never had any problems with this KFC. Orders are always correct and complete. Food is fresh and hot. Service is reasonably quick. Covid requirements does impact their time but it is not unreasonable because you understand that they are acting in your best interest and it is still speedy all things considered. Happy to recommend them.

Very very bad service. Drive Through customers were given first preference while I waited too long inside the shop for my order to get ready.At some point I was even asked what am I waiting for?

By far the biggest waste of sixty one rand in my life! The service from the person at the till at ten past five 22nd of December 2020 was so absolutely awful and incompetent I might not ever visit any KFC outlet in South Africa again. She does not know how to ask for an additional one rand when I offer sixty rand. Unqualified, poorly trained, utterly rude demeanour and to top it off inpatient with a paying customer that spent the past hour trying to find a KFC that would be less-busy. Anyone blessed with the gift of sight should avoid this branch, they have ZERO professionalism, ZERO people skills, ZERO basic etiquette and zero pride for working at a world-renowned franchise. Colonel Sanders would shrivel in his grave if he could see how his food empire is being utterly defamed at Ontdekkers Road that hateful road.

Arrived at work to find out there is no chicken in the bag. Only a loaf and mash.

We waited in a drive through line for 30 mins just to be told they had pretty much nothing in stock which I could overlook if staff members hadnt walked up and down the row of cars without bothering to tell anyone(there were about 8 cars) that they had little to no food to sell! They allowed us all to get to the window and drive right through some other drivers were not as polite as myself and for once I cant judge the rage as this was beyond unacceptable! The worst part was the delay they caused all of us left few options available as lockdown was now even closer!!!

The people doesnt how the people feel by queuing for the food only to be told the is not after a long wait
