Maybe the best Kauai I have ever visited. They remember their customers and dont mind to go above and beyond for their customers.

This is one of my favourite Kauai stores. The staff are really friendly and the menu is always fully available. Service is fast and friendly and store always clean. Be it sit down or takeaway the food is fantastic and relatively well priced. The have an Angus patty burger that is perfect for that I dont know what I feel like meal. Their smoothies are always well blended which I have seen is not always the case in other stores. I would recommend the castle gate Kauai to anyone who enjoys fresh, friendly, fast and health food.

This store offers fantastic service, short waiting times despite being busy as well as delicious smoothies and food. Perfect for a pick-me-up. I particularly enjoyed the fact that they use bio-based straws and not plastic or those dreaded paper straws that go soggy. Great initiative. They also have the option to make your smoothie in a reusable container. A bit pricey but definitely worth what you pay for!

I went there and got a smoothy, no problems with order. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice shop to go to.

As a Meaty Boy, I was impressed with the friendliness, tantalizing and visibly enthusiastic service. Asked for extra ginger, No PROBLEM. Ordered Moroccan Wrap with ginger and had a feast with my Non-Meat-Boy Lemon and Cucumber Cooler. One of the better KAUAI branches. WELL DONE.

The Manager is the strength of the store. Charles is superb. Going out of his way for his customers. Positive attitude. Alert. Great experience.

Best Kauai you will find. Staff is friendly, food is delicious and store is beautiful.

Happy friendly staff, who prepare fresh healthy meals. Great tasting simple burgers without pretentious toppings, lovely wraps and salads. Good coffee.

I rate their burgers the best, above the other well known Burger places. I know..it sounds strange, but try one!The smoothies are also yummy

[2021-01-29]: In my experience the Kauai stores in general are good, but I have to admit that this one definitely deserves a 5+ star rating. Very friendly, quick and smoothies taste better from this store. Hoping they keep it up!

I loved my experience there. The staff was very professional. I bought 2 large ginger snaps and asked that I will collect them after finishing my shopping. When I got back they were nicely sealed. This Kauai is already my favourite place.

Such kind and compassionate service! Was served by Darren who was kind and understood the issues of allergies. Even offered to look into dairy free alternatives to the frozen yogurt in the smoothies. Would definitely recommend!

What a fabulous venue with a fantastic manager Charles. He makes every visit memorable, he definitely makes one to visit the place often as possible. LOVE the food and drinks.

The store is immaculate and modern, the staff were very friendly, and the Excellent Veg Butta Curry that I ordered was out of this world.I cant wait to come back and try more of the menu options.

Oh dear something went wrong today. Coffees were not up to the standard, part of my order was not in the packet and both my husband and I were nauseous after our meal.

Great place for smoothie

Had the opportunity to visit this establishment and both my wife and I settled on the Normal Burger special, with a cuppacino for her and Five Roses tea for me.Both of us found the patty tasty but overcooked and thus not juicy. We dont know if their patties are precooked and frozen. Mayby that is why it is overcooked.Hope to get some feedback from Management.Will definitely go back to try some more items on the menu.Wishing you the best in growth and success with your new shop.

Dissatisfied with food. We had a great juicy burger and Thai bowl in Muizenberg Kauai and was looking forward to have it again in Castle gate. Disappointed! Bun tasted stale, old and the burger dry as a whole. Thai bowl and chicken was dry. We asked for extra avo which was missing. Seating is nice and staff friendly.Update: Thank you to Marais Schmidt and the local manager of Castle gate Kauai - Charles - for responding to this complaint. The way Kauai handled this matter speaks volumes of the companys fresh focus and heart. We will definetly keep on supporting Kauai in the future!
