Very bad customer service from employees. This business is definitely not for decent people. They will never smell my money.Had to wait over 45 min for a meal, I ordered at 12:05 on 2019-07-09 only received it at 12:58 when only I told the cashier I wanted my money back as I have been waiting for a long time. The cashier Tebogo couldnt even assist in this, she asked someone else to check the order and this person asked from her whether was I her friend. This was after I had enquired twice about my order.The cooks are chatting loudly whilst preparing customers meals without anything covering their mouths, It was disgusting to see them all mouths open talking over peoples meals with things splashing from their mouths into peoples food. Hands touching all over the meals and sauce containers without being cleaned and covered with gloves or something.At the end, I received a cold dry fish and chips that i couldnt eat because of the bad experience.If they could have put more effort in ensuring that they call out order numbers louder as the place is noisy and put a smile on their faces, become effective in Servicing the very same people who contribute to this business maybe I couldnt have noticed these negative elements.I dare the owner to install a footage and if theres an existing one to view what Im alleging here.What a waste of my money I ended up throwing away that nonsense meal....thanks to King Pie who rescued my hunger in the same Mall. I dealt with people I felt appreciated my little money at King Pie

The chips were burnt and not cut properly.. no serviettes were offered
