Definitely the worst Kauai out there. I order from the app and select a pick up time. The order is never ready when I get there with staff always stating it was not received and them only starting to make my order when I show them proof of order. This has happened numerous times now and wastes my time. Service is terrible. I love Kauai but this store gives you a bad name.

I’ve been to almost all the Virgin Active Kauai’s. This one is by far the worst. I’ve waited 10min+ just to get someone to take my order (not once, every time I order there, which is often). There is never any staff in sight. Even once they take my order, the wait is tedious. The staff is so rude, it even makes me prefer to train at a different VAs. Please do something about the horrible service.

Pricey health food - if this is your thing.And very timeous waiting for even the smallest of drink - don’t be in a hurry if you’re planning to stop here.

Even though its inside the Virgin Active building you can still order online and get your order delivered to you.. Safety is also the number one priority because of the covid 19

A nice Kauai in the Faerie Glen Virgin Active. Everything you would expect and the staff are quick and courteous. I can get a bit busy some times but generally there are not many queues.

Efficient and helpfull staff

It’s in the gym. But I drove all the way here. So I’m irritated. They are probably not that bad when you have access. But I don’t.

Staff were very slow, didn’t care about the customer and after gently letting them know that there service was poor (slow and quality of food not good), I am not convinced that they cared enough to improve.

I ordered a quesadilla wrap via uber eats, they delivered porridge and then the manager tells me that they can only fix my order when any other random Uber comes to their store, they can then deliver to me. Pathetic.

A nice selection after a gym session to re-hidrate or get a cold smoothie

Say they are closed 7:20 when I got there but on board close time is 7:30 and the lady was very rude and said she wont help me
