Please correct your pin location... Already annoyed as the staff cant tell you where they are located. We just happened to drive past on the way to another destination.

For quite some time now I have been concerned about the consistency of quality of the smoothies that are prepared at this outlet. My favourite Kauai smoothie happens to be the Peanut-butter Bomb. There are certain of the staff that prepare a brilliant Peanut-butter Bomb and others that just couldnt care less and make the product very watery. Yesterday (03/12/2019) was such a day. When I mentioned to the staff member concerned that the smoothie was not up to standard, she just gave me a blank stare and walked back into the back kitchen. Very poor show.

I love Kauai and I frequent any joint anywhere. Was not entirely happy with my order today. My Princess Wrap got delivered via Uber Eats, and was absolutely burnt and made sloppy (it fell apart, not the way a Princess Wrap is supposed to). Honestly not too happy today, threw away the wrap, as it was unbearably burnt.

Unsatisfactory service. The staff are not friendly, one gets the impression that they are annoyed to work there, giving you dirty looks as if youre doing them a disservice. Sandwiches are not good, juices are weak, smoothies & wraps are great. Despite being the only customer there at the time, they got my order wrong too. 🙈

The service has been repeatedly Terrible. 40 minutes for 2 cuppachinos... The breakfast bowl was not fresh at all and the tomatoes were way past their use-by date. The staff is also quite rude when questioned when the coffee and food will come out. Ive experienced this numerous times now. This Kauai is really getting worse and worse...

Not a good Kauai at all. Very very useless place to come to. Bad service, bad attendants. All customers who come here only do so cos they have no choice when at the gym. Same Kauai got my orders wrong 2 days in a row, then served my meal like I begged for the food. Very very useless.

The worst. Disgusting! They scanned 3vif my barcides from Vitality and later claimed that my barcodes are invalid when I could see that both of them knows nothing about the system they kept on scanning none stop. So I wasted 3 barcodes for their stupidity and Incompetency! I will never ever redeem my points there. They are actually crooks!

Staff stand in kitchen no masks only once they at serves station they put there mask on also can’t order anything as they always offline so can’t pay via card no one keep cash on them no more it’s really bad you us and for them cause how will they make sales it’s horrible

Mango berry smoothie taste like water. Also service is poor!

My harvest wrap takeaway had no avocado, why? Why was I not informed that it won’t be included?😡

Also in the gym. So don’t come here when you don’t have membership. You’ll be disappointed, much like myself.
