I am totally frustrated with this branch. I have young kids and they making me wait for more than an hour! Their customer care on sms doesnt work cos they just keep you on hold 😡. Then they eventually say they made a mistake ie they thought it was for collection 😠!

2nd time receiving an order with item missing. But it was quickly rectified at both occasions

Oh my goodness, the service here was incredibly fast and exceptional. I really enjoyed the R10 sundae treat and they certainly werent shy with the chocolate syrup when I asked for a little extra and ensured that I enjoyed it prior to leaving, which scored huge brownie points for me.

This KFC service was extremely friendly, on all of my visits thus far. No matter if I used drive through, or walked in.The speed of service compares good to other KFCs both in peak or rush hours, as well as non peak hours.Overall a VERY good KFC experience, on par with high standard expected from KFC.

Worst KFC ever. They should rather close their dors. Ordered 3 street wise 2 sorry no chips. Asked for 2 Oreo Crushers sorry we dont have ice cream. Had to take something else. I see this as bad service. This need to be sort out. In oven also no mash and gravy like really why you still even open.

Slow and instead of working they go around asking customers to rate their service. Stood inline for 30 minutes before reaching the counter to order.. Waited like another 30 min for our order just to hear we need to wait for more lemons

Not a bad place

I stay around this KFC and the cashiers here are very friendly, they take time and put in effort in preparing your meal. It opens 24hours and has delivery. The security normally interacts with customers as they wait for their order just so they feel welcome. It also has the outside sitting that has a very open view for those who like eating out. But the out sitting doesnt have shades thats the unfortunate part. Hence I gave it a 4 star instead of 5.

Their drive thru is very slow went there twice and I experienced the same service.

They gave me wrong order and I have realised on my arrival at home, I went to buy breakfast for six so I couldnt check it before.

Today I want to appreciate Sophie, she is the manager at Philip nel KFC. I wanted to buy 4 sundays[ice cream] and I was R5 short and I opted to buy 3 but she decided to add the R5 for me. I got my 4 ice creams and I was amazed by her kindness. Thank you Sophie I appreciate you.

Didnt have any zinger in stock. Couldnt have my favourite zinger box master. Chicken nice and fresh though

On a Sunday Evening, Family 👪 Time of Month End and Only one person is talking orders all other 4 till points are vacant. NOT A GOOD SERVICE AT All... After a long Q we had to experience bad service ever by cashier Phuthi.. Maybe she was too exhausted since she was helping people alone. Management fix your scheduling issues and retrain customer service to your team. We would feel good even after a long Q if your team understands just the basics of customer service. What happened to greeting with a smile. 🤷🏿‍♂️

Often a poor collaboration between staff where usually only less of the tills are in use or the staff is generally loud in the kitchen which disturbs customers.Ice-cream is either out of stock or the machine isnt working at least once a month.The service is sometimes fast and pleasing but as a regular you get to witness even their weakest moments.The food is always fresh though.

Worst KFC Ive ever been to. Always a issue with wraps, broken coffee machine etc. and this morning i waited in the drive through for 10 minutes at the window to collect and when i finally got my order it was someone elses.Then had to wait some more. Terrible!
