Just a compliment to the efficient and friendly service that I received from Adedamolaa yesterday.To be honest, Id been really concerned about visiting the Menlyn Maine branch based on Google reviews, but didnt have a choice due to other circumstances. I was pleasantly surprised and just wanted to convey my appreciation.

I lost my WhatsApp account on Tuesday and my effort to retrieve it failed. So on Saturday I visited Vodacom-shop at Menlyn Park. I was referred to a guy named Tisetso who quickly restored and fortified my WhatsApp account at no charge. I walked out a happy customer. Kudos to you Vodacom Menlyn park

Worst service ever! No customer service at all. Manager is technical & has no sales skills at all. He also refers to working for Alisom and not Vodacom. Shows you the red jacket with logo on it. So why are you at a Vodacom store then? No help, blames it on another department and that Vodacom Maine is strictly for SALES only. If you ask questions, he cannot give you answers, is rude and abrasive. So do not even consider going their for anything else pertaining to your Vodacom contracts. Do not buy from this branch, you will not get the AFTER sales experience at all.

This is the WORSE store for service. There is better service from a guy on the side of the road. In this store only SALES count, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE, to add, in that store a CUSTOMER is WRONG. INCOMPETENT is an understatement. I regret associating myself with this particular VODACOM store and I will advise people to go elsewhere. THIS STORE DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR, BUT BY DEFAULT, IN ORDER TO POST THIS IT HAS TO BE ONE STAR. MY HONEST OPINION : - 5 STARS

I had an appointment with a Vodacom representative, who was 40 late .This had implications for the rest of the day.

Not worth a single star. Still the worst!!! Its like the worst customer service sales personnel are sent there in one place. From floor to management. They are not there to solve problems and find solutions, only to make people feel like fraudsters. We dont have time to defraud the shop of faulty airpods 😒 🙄...just requesting service!

Going to a vodacom shop is like going to home affairs, it takes forever, and never really get good service, and most of the queries do not get sorted. I cant say the same with this Vodacom shop. Vincent assisted quickly and followed up to ensure that everything is correct. He knows his business. Thank you for the amazing service we received, and keep up the good work Vincent. It is comforting to see someone that is still eager to work and having a passion for client service.

I went in to Vodacom Menlyn when i was due for an upgrade on a Vodacom Red VIP contract. When i spoke to the sales assistant she said i would get my phone quicker if i got it directly from them. i signed up all the necessary paperwork and got my phone, at the end of the month i noticed on my bill that i am now getting charged for a handset, they never mentioned that i would be charged for the handset. i have never been charged in the 30 years that I have had the same Vodacom cell number. i phone Vodacom who say that i need to go back to the shop to sort it out as i should have rather done my upgrade on line with Vodacom. Shocking!!!!!!

I was there last night after 6 served by Evodia.One of the best experiences I had with Vodacom ever.She knew what she was talking about and helped me very quickly.I will be sure to visit this Vodacom store again.Well done!!

Bad service - yesterday at the shop (S169) we wanted to upgrade and add some accessoriesNothing is in stock (No AirPods) the stock that was there in the shop wasnt on the system so they can give it to us - This couldve been over R5000.00 sale.There was no personality from the Vodacom representitive (who claims to have worked at that shop for more than 5 years) - who was more interested in his phone or how often he can walk to the vaultBad service - reallyI expect a call from the manager. Firstly the telephone service are terrible. I phoned from around 2pm until eventually, at 4pm got ahold of the consultant whom assited me when I was in the store at 11:30am the morning for an upgradeDealt with Elijah. Very laid back and not really helpful.When I got a hold of him at 4pm I asked him to check if the upgrade was approved, after I received a sms from vodacom confirming it was approved.He said he will phone me back, he has to check.Phoned a few times after 30 minutes, no answer and no feedback from him, after he said It will be done today, it takes 2 hoursOf course the shop close 5:30pm so Why go the extra mile to try sort it out as I asked him nicely to.Went to the Grove 5pm and they asissted me, within 20minutes, I walked out with the upgrade.

No answer of their and line after 7 calls..... 1 call got picked up and then put down again....

No stock on advertised smartphones

Love this shop, I do all my mobile equipment shopping there. Very helpful staff

The shop might be ok to go to, but dont phone in. The worst bad mannered person ever to answer the phone. Youd swear I was doing her a favour requesting for an upgrade. If she was my front-line staff shed be fired on the spot!

I am Happy with the employees of the branch..Friendly and welcoming, to be honest if it was not for them i would have long left Vodacom but they make my life easy and solve my enquiries as fast as they can...really Thank you Guys for your Hard work and dedication ..you all deserve to be recognised .

Unorganized staff is not eager to help, and they kept on going to buy coffee and food with a shop full of waiting customers!
