The worst sevice I have received here in years. They dont know how to answer a phone and when they do, they are extremely rude and unhelpful. Its time for new employees in that shop.

I phoned in and the lady is NOT friendly or helpfull, as if she doesnt want to help me with my questions. Maybe time to switch to another provider!

What a bad experience with arrogant, and ignorant advisers.

I will never purchase any thing in this shop. Bad customer service. The Sale consultant Nicole and the Manager Cele J Van Rensburg they have the worst service ever and very rude. They sold me data bundle which was expensive yet the was another on promotion which made financial sense and never told me about. I report the case to their Store General Manager and he tells me they will not credit the transaction since it was a cash sale. I paid R1299 for 2GB x 12 month yet there is 100GB for R999/ 200GB for R1599. They refuse to exchange for me saying there is nothing they can do. Firstly, it was not even my fault I bought it. Is the lack of knowledge from their sales consultant. I am disappointed and upset.

Be aware lady will scream at you if you ask a question

By far the worst service experience of my life. Staff being unprofessional towards all clients in store and admitting to NOT wanting to help clients. When I asked to speak to the owner of the store, they said it was not possible. When you walk into the store, the whole team is occupied by their personal phones and do not even look up to see if there is clients who need help in the store. Unbelievable.

Staff is shockingly rude to an extent that they will laugh at you. This is surely one of the most Ill mannered bunch of employees an organization can have.

The staff are not very helpful and there are not enough chairs for customers to sit at a consultants desk.

Walked in to a staff member playing games on one of the display devices. She was very rude and not helpful once she stopped playing games. Will not return.
