Yoooh this lady called Maria at cellc the grove is amazing that girl is also good in helping out customer is should be promoted being a supervisor is good at what she does keep up the good work
The manager lent me his personal device to do a sim swop and didnt ask any unnecessary questions. I waited a while, but the service when I got to the front was worth it. Thanks Brandon!
Small outlet but staff knowledgeable and helpful
The service is pathetic and staff is very rude. I did cancel all my contracts with them. Cell c never never again
Friendly and efficient 👍
Really friendly and helpful service from the staff!
My son renewed his contract one month ago, Hawei p20 lite. After a months use of the phone the battery is swelling up, clearly aManufacturing fault. But try and deal with the branch to rectify it, impossible. NoLoan units, have to wait for 21 days to get the phone repaired. Excuses, excuse and more excuses. Very eager when they want toSell contracts but after sales service is nil and void! Very disappointed with the service!
Lucienne really helped me out as I found that someone illegally opened an account with my cridentials with Cell C.He was fast and super friendly.
Rude staffContracts wayy too expensive for the low amount of data you getBad signal from cellc over all
First positive experience with cell c in 3 years!! Thank you lindo for your friendly and helpful service!
Lisa-Marie is a STAR. A great plus for Cell C. Thank you.
Very fast and friendly service. Jason helped me immediately and I was signed up, ricad and out with my new sim card within 4 minutes
I short:I entered into a new contract with CellC on 22 December 2016 and chose the Samsung Galaxy J2 Dual. Cell number ported from Vodacom. In the following days I noticed that I get missed call notifications although the phone is by my side all the time. On further investigation I noticed that I had no signal. So I took the phone back to CellC The Grove. They assured me that nothing is wrong and sent me home. At home I had the same problem and then decided to take photos and make a video to prove my problem and went back. Now they completed a form and took my phone. I gave them the proof to attach, but I think they did not attach it.In the video I showed that slot 1 of the phone had no signal.I put the sim into a 10 year old Blackberry Torch and it had almost full signal. As a matter of fact the sim card is in the Blackberry ever since with no signal problem at all!!I also put the sim in slot 2 of the J2 with almost full signal.A few days later I get a SMS that my claim has been rejected. So I contacted CellC who referred me back to The Grove. I told them that I am not going to accept the phone because I gave enough proof that the phone is broken. I mailed all the photos and Video again and they sent the phone back to approve my claim. Now I got a message and email that they fixed my phone and I must come and collect it.I am sorry but I did not pay for a repaired phone or a reject. I insist on a replacement as the complaint was submitted within the 7 days exchange guarantee period. They explained the guarantee when I signed my contract.I escalated the issue to customer service at Cell C. Now 3 days and not even an acknowledgement.
I went to Cell C with my ID and printed a proof of residence specifically to get a sim card and RICA it. The consultant (Lorraine, white woman with really long blonde hair) barely greeted me and very rudely asked me what I wanted. I had to explain 3 times before she understood, and when I realised I left ID in my car she very rudely told me I cant use anything else. What I understood from the instructions on the cell c website was that you actually just need your ID number, but I understood if she wanted the ID. I offered her a certified copy of my ID which she rudely rejected. I then offered my passport, which she first said no to (the website said you can use that) and then she took it. She aggressively asked me where my address is on the proof of residence and she didnt even copy my passport, just typed the number in anyway. She slapped the sim down and barely greeted me when I left. I found out the next day when it wouldnt work that the sim was never RICAd and had to go back. I went to Brooklyn to avoid having to deal with Lorraine again am very unhappy with the service from her. At Brooklyn I didnt need my ID, just my drivers license.
Really bad customer service in the sense that I felt like a nuisance- went to Vodacom at the Grove, top service! Don’t recommend this Cell C at all.
