I attended Compuzone in Hatfield today . My problem with my computer was dealt with by Fenix. He was kindly and patient in dealing with me a 75 year old pensioner. He sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently and gave me careful instruction how to avoid a problem in future.The charge was fair and reasonable. Thank you.

Ive bought several chargers from them... nothing works after a month or so..Ive had it up to here with this place. All of their products have a warranty but who wants to keep going back to a store every month only to replace something that doesnt work with something that wont work pretty soon again. Lost all faith in them.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I took my laptop to get the keyboard fixed in June and once I got it back they told me they fixed it... Only to find the screen being completely blank and keyboard not working after paying R1000 in cash. I asked for a refund and they begged me to bring it back, they will fix it. After doing so (taking it back) .. They gave me my refund... Only for them to keep the laptop for months telling me they waiting on a keyboard delivery and they promise to fix it. After some time I decided to go fetch it and now the bloody laptop does not charge.?!? Like WHAT THE HELL! Everytime I took it there, it came back home with a new problem. As a student who NEEDS a laptop to study and so forth I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I give you five stars for the cheapest prices and the very friendly staff but please, please, please turn down the blaring music. Last time I was there I had to shout above the noise, which was made even worse by the song that was full of obscene lyrics and swearwords.Cmon children and the elderly visit your store as well. Have some respect.

Terrible! I asked for a bluetooth receiver that works with an aux, they gave me something completely different, doesnt even turn on. They dont do cash refunds only store credit, but Im not interested in anything in-store. Wont support again.
