Took my daughter there for her 7th birthday along with her best friend and their mom. It was a great experience and we the waitress was very friendly. Their renovations turned out pleasing to the eye and parking area is safe and convenient.

Wow super surprised with the new drive thru, i ordered 600g ribs, burgers and nuggets and just waited 5min…. Super super impressive!!! Love this place.

The food was very tasty. Service from our waitress was not the best. Their cocktails are the best, Ive never had such tasty cocktails from Spur.

Unfortunately having two bad experiences after each other making my 5 stars to 1. We buy weekly at Spur drive through. 1st ordered last week crumbed chicken strips got grilled. Today ordered again crumbed chicken with chips and onion rings got only chips.We love buying at spur but this trend might change our minds.

Main meal was good. I ordered the chocolate brownee with ice cream for dessert. Their ice cream tastes like frozen water. They need to serve proper ice cream or stop serving it.Burgers are always served cold. Especially kids burgers. I never understand this.Everything else was good.

I came here a few weeks ago and I was not happy with the service. The customer service response was quick and amazing. They were attentive, helpful and very empathetic. I love how the senior manager handled everything. Todays service was excellent. The food was great, service was even better and the overall experience has been great. This is a good family restaurant. I love the fact that name tags are given to children for safety measures. Thanks to Terrence and Vivienne (senior manager) for the wonderful service.

I visited the Sacramento spur together with my sister on the 14 July 2021 and i was disappointed with the service . after being sitted ,we waited more than an hour with no one attending to us. no one came to our table no one checked on us it was as if we were invisible . the only thing that kept us that long at the restaurant was the meeting we had. we had to call a waiter who was not even assigned to us . Disappointing service for the brand they display

The service was slow even though it was not full, there were fewer waiters than normal the delay in getting service made the experience bad especially because we were with children.The food was the great quality we know and love.

A great time with great company.The renovations are great. Wasnt packed and covid regulations were followed. Bathroom was clean.Had the Goodie burger meal for R109... it was good. The sauce was amazeballs!!Have it 4 stars because we waited for a long time by the door before being let in, it was raining and cold. I initially thought it was full but came to realize nope, its wasnt. They were just watching us wait and queue for nothing. Otherwise, a great place

Wasnt one of my best dinning experiences. Got served by 5 diffrent waiters. Order was gotten wrong or rather wrongly explained. It was nephews bday night out and even that didnt motivate the stuff serving us to make the night a beautiful experience.

I will never ever buy anything from spur ever again. The food was tasted soooo old ,I had 3 different waiters assisting me because I had no constant waiter. The service was HORRIBLE. Not to mention that the pork wasnt well done and the chicken wings were very very old and dry. Not to mention that the rolls were icy cold! They didnt bother to warm them up.This happened on sunday, 23 August 2020. An hour later, my mom grew a throat lump because of the food. The following day, I woke up with swollen tonsils in my mouth, pimples on my face and on my breast. Im deeply disappointed and I will be following this up. Spur has always been the best in my Graces but its health threatening at this point. 😣

I went to this Spur on a Saturday at lunchtime. I was greeted at the entrance and taken to a seat where I was kept waiting for a time. The place was packed and I understand the delay, but... Once I was attended to the food was promptly delivered. The BBQ wings were divine and the ribs Perfect. The staff were friendly and the service was great. It was a wonderful atmosphere for kids and adults. I would go again and hopefully next time I will receive immediate assistance.

Great service. Delicious food. Kids enjoyed the play area tremendously. Alot of birthday parties so quite a cheerful atmosphere. They have a new menu and use the new black crockery.I had the cheesy garlic steak and veg. My partner had the full Hawaiian schnitzel and it was amazing. Could not finish it . My son had the chedaamelt rib burger and could also not finish! So value for money and off course we had our spur family card and could use our vouchers . Jippee

The customer service at the door entrance was amazing, I like how Covid-19 clients occupation was followed. The restaurant was not packed and the were spaces in between tables. Really appreciate the care and service of Spur employees. The reason I gave spur Sacramento 3 stars was because of how long our order came in, it was quiet after a while and the food was dry, also my wings were spicy even thou I asked for bbq, which I couldnt change cos I was very hungry and I knew it was going to take about 30 minutes for the wings to get here. Otherwise Im happy and I appreciate the stuff for practicing social distancing even when serving food, I also appreciate the customer service. I also love the new restaurant setting,its has more room and shows more room is still going to be extended. This outing was yesterday on the 16th of December 2020

Great place for both adults and kids. The play area has a wide variety of games for children. From jumping castle to arcade games makes it easy for children to be entertained while adults have a peaceful meal.

Went in for dessert with the kids and the waffles were underwhelming. Ice cream was ok.

The food is great, but the customer service was not on point, on this particular day. Our waiter had to knock off, she came and explained that to us, and that shes handing us over to another waiter. The waiter seemed to be bored and didnt even attend to us. Ive been here several times and always had the best service. Please improve on customer service.

They really need to up their game...they arent yet service driven. From a person whos been a waiter before...their waiters arent target driven nor do they have higher service levels. I hope they improve because their location is on point and they easily get busy hence the need to also up their game.

Although the meal was great, When we arrived, we were told that the place is full and we decided to leave. As we were approaching our vehicle, a lady ran after us and said there was a table ready for us. We were confused cos when we entered the restaurant there were plenty free tables. We are still puzzled.
