Expect long queues starting month end extending to the first week of a new month.Otherwise their service is not bad.

I went to Bossman it says they close at 17:00 but the employees says no, we close at 15:00 on Saturday. It would be great if you could notify your customers on your social media platforms when youll decide to open and close. Sunnyside and Bosman make use of your social media platforms. Its 2021

Appalling service to say the very least, the notice says they open @ 0830hrs, but at that time they are still cleaning. Customer services agents need to be thoroughly trained on professional customer care, their self serving attitude is pathetic. Mukuru Bosman needs to shape up very urgently.

Website says you close at 17:00,I am there at 16:15..and the doors are closed,the security is so rude as if I have done something wrong to be there at 45 Min before closing time..the door says 16:30..I am still 15 Min early..its not the first time with Mukuru Sunnyside..seems like you dont care all

Mukuru Bosman website says it closes at 17.00 Im here now at 16.26 I find it closed only to be shown a little piece of paper put up at the door dated 01 June 2020 saying we close at 16.30 really 😡😡😡😡😡😡
