Worst experience in a bank I;ve ever had! The staff are incompetent, take 35min on average to attend to a client, unfriendly and rude. A very poor advert for ABSA!!! Left without being attended to. Shame on you
Hand down thee worst branch I have ever been to of any bank ever!!!It seems like this place operates without a manager and has absolutely no order.The line is so long that it takes an hour to get help while watching the ladies in customer service basically moving like snails and asking each other how to do their jobs.Its very obvious that none of them know what theyre doing because it doesnt take more than 20 minutes to help someone print a bank statement.The best advice I can give with complete honesty is that if you are looking for a bank that at least gives you service, if at all for the money they take away from you: this is definetely not the bank for you.But if you want to waste time, money, energy and live stress; this is the bank for you.
