No awnser from private bankers no awnsers on reqeust and no relavant responses on any qeurys that you have i really cannot see any of the benifets working for me there is no communication and seems like there is no intrest accept the monthly premium
FNB used to be good. Service has really gone down the drain, for the first time in 20 years I am considering other banks
Good Afternoon, For 3 years my surname is changed to NEL and everytime I open my bank app or FNB on my computer it is still on my old surname.I also want to cancel my Speedpoint for my business. For 4 days I am calling the Speedpoint number holding on for more than 30 minutes and gave up as I must do other things. What can I do to cancel this Speedpoint? Can FNB not hire more people to help over the phone
