Not treated well at this Capitec branch. The manager/supervisor was rude to his subordinates and clients. Staff not well informed regarding COVID-19 regulations. People were screened and let in and then asked minutes later to leave. No COVID-19 policy displayed. Social distancing was inforced.The service at the teller was good and we were well assisted.

Dear Capitec Bank , I was not sattisfyed on the 2 Sep 2016 afternoon late around 16h30 .The way Nomsa and her colleague at the deposit counter operated the floor ? First I dont know how Nomsa can be a Branch manager like she said she is ?on that young age with zero customer complaint care or solutions?and also having a racist attitude towards the white people ? Firstly I had to draw my own ticket by the door ...since the man hows suppose to do it was outside the bank chatting someone up?and Nomsa failing being a floor manager ?secondly I took my ticket to the long queing waiting 20 min! before I could get service to try deposit my cash to a doctors account .Then when eventually got to the front and its my turn ,I greeted friendly but none bother...The Lady next to her then call out the number for the person behind me in the Que. first this is treating your client with the most disrespect not greeting and on top of that verbally insulted me and told me to go back to the waiting line so that client that they called out could do her banking bussines ,Not that I would have mind if they did say it in a nice way, not insulting me infant of 15 other black persons ? Then when they relized I was upset Nomsa try to greet me but it was to late ! after they ignore me the first time I did not want to greet them back ? I was already angry as she repeated greeting me about four times ? is that not now spitefull behaviour to a older citezen of 50 years ..I dont have time for young girls that age trying to step on me to get her ego ! at that time I was not going to greet or arguee .. I was in a hurry to get my business done and they proventing me to continue with their bad attitudes , which they could not even assist me because I needed a token bullshit ! Why cant I just walk in Capitec get a hello go to a teller and deposit the money into that docters bank account ..no mess no fuss ? No now its a long story ...must wait in a que ..then eat up the managers bad behavior, disrespect and racisim and not even got to a solution for my banking deposit issu ? I have had many neck surgeries and my neck and back paining like hell waiting standing 20 min in the que !!! I wonder how this add would look in the newspaper headlines Capitec bad service and racist manager I moved to Capitec Bank a year ago with the idea that I would have received the same customer service but capitec has much to lean .This branch is very disorganised as I can see as I am a manager director of my company myself and no customer service care or zero problem solving ? very unprofesional and south-Africa and their people should not tollerate this in any manor ..even the bank staff looked unprofesional no uniforms , dirty hair , one yawning with her mouth wide open no hand in front her mouth ? thats now the consultant ? really !! did the standards of banking have no more etiquette , and profesionalism at all ? and then I must trust them with my money? I will be going to that Grove Mall branch often to see inprovement and I want to see a difference in all I was complaining ! If I do not see any change ?I will continue my complaints to the director board of Capitec Banking, I trust that you understand this matter of serious complaint and that you will act to this matter as urgent and have a meeting with all your staff working at Grove Mall Capitec Bank .
