Worst worst worst service ever!!!! Waited more than an hour because only 4 tellers working. Take into consideration that number of customers limited. So, now you can expect to sit in a branch for approximately 1 - 1,5 hours BEFORE being helped. Actually collecting your cards another gruelling 30 minutes. No man, this is really unacceptable!!!!!

Nedbank Brooklyn branch is extremely slow and severely understaffed. The waiting period is seldom less than 30 minutes, no matter what you need to do. One of their big inefficiencies is that if you need to draw cash in R10 or R20 notes (needed for business) you might as well write off 2 hours. I have tried various times of the day and the month. It makes no difference. I wish there was a way one could do this in a better way. And having a “private banker” doesn’t help. Every year they change and these days they don’t even introduce themselves. Probably time to move to another bank.

On Tuesday afternoon, 15 December, I had occasion to visit the Brooklyn branch of Nedbank. I was assisted by PRINCE who rendered me excellent service in a highly professional and friendly manner. This is the quality of service I have grown accustomed to as a highly satisfied Nedbank client over the past +40 years. Congratulations Nedbank for employing the likes of PRINCE.

Worst service Ive ever experienced in a bank! Today I found 2 elderly women in their mid 70s who had been waiting for more than an hour because their ticket number was called and they didnt hear it. No one in the bank paid any attention to them until I went and complained on their behalf.

This branch always seem to think that their customers have the whole day to wait for their service. Waiting 45 min to collect card. No big deal for them.
