Bad attitude, highly unprofessional and terrible customer service. Im planning to close all my accounts with Capitec, the level of incompetence in this bank is so appalling. I felt like I was at a mismanaged DLTC. Close the branch! You dont even deserve a star, allow an option to rate you -100%!!

Bad service ever I had. I got to the bank to do a deposit and I was told that the person who do deposit went to the toilet when all the consultants are just setting around . I had to wait to for the whole 30 minutes for the person to come back.station place mall bosman worst service.
