Had to wait a while before we could be helped and was difficult to find the right person to come and collect you at the reception. Was on phone with 2 or 3 consultants at reception. However, once we crossed this bridge, help was amazing. All in all not too bad of an experience.
Very friendly staff and beautiful campus. Queries will get resolved if speaking to the relevant department as there are different blocks and departments. Great Service Indeed. Always best to first ask at reception for entry point.
You have to wait for 15 - 25 minutes just to deliver documents. Reception does not take them, you have to wait for department to collect them and if they are in a meeting, you just have to wait. Not good bussiness practice. Waist a lot of time
