Service is and efficiency, almost non exciting.One Have to wait an Hour + to get assistance.This is most probably the worst branch i have ever walked into.Considering to close my account with Nedbank.

Avoid it at all costs.. Service is terrible, staff doesnt care about clients, whats worse is that they dont seem to have a cooking clue of whats expected of them

Pathetic service. Arrived at the bank at 2.30. The security guard would not let us in because the lady issueing tickets was not at her desk. We had to wait for an employee leaving the bank to go and call her. The tickets did not register on the screen and we had to ask for someone to assist. The lady behind the counter was quite irritated and not in a mood to help. Where are the big bosses and what are they doing to this bad service?

Waiting for ever to get assistants, just unacceptable.Standing outside for hours, customers coming out, not letting anyone in ?I know all businesses must follow covid regulations, but not an excuse not to provide customer service.

Service champion is rude and helps people based in color

Worst Bank EVER they dont even deserve a 1, if I have to start telling you how bad they are I will carry on for at least 2 days..

These long lines outside are just rediculas. Can understand why everyone moves to Capitec.

Waiting for 45 minutes in line. Security helps buddies at back of line to go in first.

With service like this you may as well just close the bank.
