All the fancy stuff that you need. The IOT stuff is overpriced. Big open space that is wasted comes at a premium price. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Vodaworld is beautifully renovated. All the shops that used to be there have moved. There is only one restaurant left.Metro Home moved to San Ridge Shopping Centre, few kilometers from Vodacom.

Horrible went to open a contract and waited 3 hours for them to tell me that it has been approved and for me to open a contract I had to pay R18250 to open the contract , who has that lying around that is why I want to open up a contract if I wanted to buy the phone different story.

I phoned vodaworld earlier today and the cosultand said office hours is from 08h00 to 18h00. Guess what I got here 8 minutes ago and securty at the door says they are closed. Well done Vodacom for wasting my drive.

I sent my phone for repairs in September 2020 only to find out in January 2021 they never closed the file. Now I am struggling to get my phone repaired because of the Authorization that was not finalized.

Super disappointed. After making an effort to go all the way to get told you closed. Nothing about being closing earlier on public holidays online. Really upsetting.

Waited for more than an hour for an insurance claim to be finalized only to be turned away because of incorrect cover amount by the insurance. Add your own pieces

Does anybody go here anymore?I needed to do a SIM swop. My experience was as follows:1) Security delayed me at the gate.2) Security doing the COVID screening at the entrance wasnt talking properly, nor looking at me, when asking me screening questions.3) Once inside, no clear indication of where to go, or how to book a Support Ticket. Had to go to two Check-In Kiosks - the first one was down, and the security just pointed me towards the area where another kiosk was. No clear signage of where the kiosk was.4) Absolutely NO signage for bathrooms.What a frustrating experience for Vodacoms Flagship Customer Care Centre.

Not what I expected, all the different shops with different offers closed. Do not think I will visit Vodaworld any time soon. Rather go to a mall close by home.

I sent a phone for repairs, which was still new, less than 6 months. They told me it was fixed. I experienced the same problems on the same day of picking it up, now I cant do much about it because if the lockdown...so frustrated!

We found what we were looking for and were served and out of there in 15 minutes. It was very quiet.

Vodaworld is generally a nice customer friendly place but the company line predominates. Whether its lost data or apparent overcharging or calls made in or out of bundle, it seems to me that customers are generally not 100% satisfied. They try to bamboozle you with ICASA rules on data not carried over and overlapping months and billing cycles. Its tough. Packages constantly changing. As a service provider though they could be the best of what seems from reports which I read, to be a better choice from a bad bunch.

Totally shocking..... to say the least .I have been there on 4 occasions and every single time they tell me they will get back to me and give me a resolution. They first pacify you you by drawing statements and writing things down on them and saying we will send an email to the back office and to the management and whatever...So I went there yesterday again and just to be told the same thing. They are also so-called not allowed to CC you in the email They supposedly will send . And to be promised that by 3 p.m. yesterday afternoon they will have an answer for me and they would come back to me personally and let me know what the problem was and that it had been resolved. It is now a day later and still nothing.....

Vodaworld is very safe security is everything and parking is widely available. The phones sold there are amongst the latest like the Samsung note 10.They also have a lot of ATMs inside making it easy to get money if you need cash in hand. With a beautiful eating establishment
