Good friendly staff. I was helped the first time and with very quick turnaround time but thats because I am an existing customer. There was no lines but then the build up started with lines outside the store.

How does one get a hold of the store directly?I did an upgrade and waiting for stock of the phone, I have failed to get hold of the store to follow up if my phone is ready for collection.I am still struggling to get hold the store, the number routes to the customer service center and they can not help.We are trying to limit movement in public spaced due to the pandemic. But I will now need to drive to the store to find out if my phone has arrived.This is poor service....

Very bad service. I went to do simswap this afternoon. The lady told me to call telkom call center. She said I must use my own phone. When call the centre, said why the lady is not helping me cause it all done by them and asked to talk to her. Still my airtime/money cause I was using different network. This telkom direct mall of Africa never disappointed me in giving bad service they the best in bad service and stinky attitude.

I thought I got a good and quick service until after a few days when I checked my data balance. I found that it reflects a deal 20GB short than what i wanted also the contract was not a month to month anymore. Very poor service from the consultant. Now canceling the contract has abt R800.07 penalty

It was my 1st time going to telkom mall of Africa. Iwent there hoping to get a good service but unfortunately I was wrong. Two rude consultants with bad attitude made me feel like they were doing me a favour for going there. I wanted to do an upgrade on my current contract but ended up leaving the store without being assisted

Nomfundo is absolutely incredible!Neal has been pushed from pillar to post trying to resolve his billing issues and Nomfundo is the FIRST Telkom employee to go above and beyond and not give the first, unrealistic answer she is given over to her customer.THANK YOU Nomfundo (MALL OF AFRICA TELKOM) YOU are one in a million and Telkom should be glad they have you!!!

My daughter and I went into the store today and had our temperatures taken. She was 30.7° and I was 31.2°C.When I told the temperature checker that their thermometer was broken, as her temperature measurement suggests that we are dead, she simply chirped: no its not. When I suggested that she looks it up, she rolled her eyes and walked away.Maybe staff should be educated as to what body temperature is considered normal, so they have an idea of what they are checking.Now Im just left with an impression of arrogant stupidity. Little robots unaware of what they are doing, but utterly convinced that they know better.

Been calling the store for days and no answer even after being on hold for 20 minutes, then I got redirected to the call center in durban. totally pathetic especially during Covid19 times where people are encouraged to stay home and not venture out. A telecommunications business that cannot communicate or assist via the phone!

Telkom has the worst call center ever, no integrated services. Agents are quick to instruct CLIENTS to call back again and choose some sort of option. For a telecoms firm, very disappointing and not attuned to basic user support.

Dont waste time trying to make contact over the phone, it does not work. Go to the store - which is sometimes useless as well, they will say they dont have stock of a phone and will call you, but if you cant contact them on a phone, what are the chances they will contact you

The customer service was good. But they didnt fully understand what I needed help with. Which is the case with any service provider even with Afrihost. If u have a unique issue it may turn out your the first person with that type of issue and itll require you to go directly to Telkom and deal with it...

Im short of words to describe how dissapointed i am with Telkom. For the past 5days we have been calling customer service only to be transfered from 1department to another within Telkom from billing to technical and sales but nothing is done yet. Our account is paid up to date but we have no service. Its so frustrating how you will make us suffer for your own mistakes. We are told the number we are using belong to someone else and now its blocked we can not access our wifi because of that, the number that they claim to be ours is not even going through we only knew about it 5days ago. We were given the number that number with Telkom and we have been using it why would they block us during this lockdown period when they know we need internet the most. I am very dissapointed

These guys never have answers. The head doesnt know what the mouth is saying . The call center will tell you one thing and the store will dispute it and tell you another thing . Its crazy .

We were here yesterday and we were assisted by this rude woman called Busi. Post clarifying understanding and confirming that she understood what we were requesting, she insisted that she was understanding of which I highly doubted because she was on her personal cellphone while she was assisting us. We had to return today and the mess up that she did had to be escalated to the IT Department and as her colleague was explaining to her what she did wrong, she started laughing and she walked away without even an apology. Employers need to have a look at our reviews and attend to them with the urgency that they deserve because - no matter how good you think you are, even as a company, you are replaceable. A terrible inconvenience to us to come back here again on Mothers Day. I am appalled that she was not only rude but extremely condescending in her conduct, especially giggling after I explained to her that she had cost us a terrible inconvenience. Who is the owner of this store? You should be proud.
