Was in this shop for one hour where I went to enquire for an upgrade..initially they said the phone was available hence I waited on the queue,behold after an hour and half a staff walked to the queue and told me casually that the phone I requested was not available without any apology or remorse cos I have waited for almost an hour plus..Lukrisa(staff of MTN boulders)was so nice to speak to me and also said she was worried as she saw me waiting for long..Owners of this establishment pls check on your employees customer service cos it is so sad, also note that this wasnt the first time it happened to me.At this point I am sure I would never go to that store again as I am now at MTN mall of Africa where I was welcome as a customer that I am.#badcustomerservice #MTNboulderspoorservice. Lukrisa hopefully is the different one.
Worst experience ever. 3 days ago I visited mtn store Boulders wanted to make payment, nobody assisted me instead they continued chatting to one whilst we were busy waiting in a queue hoping they would call and assist us
WORST experience! Had to call the customer care line to get assistance because the available staff members would not involve themselves in my contract cancellation process. Told to hand in the device at another branch as they apparently arent equipped with the know-how regarding contracts. Left as soon as he walked away to the back leaving me to myself as I waited on the MTN customer care line. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wont be upgrading or renewing contract with MTN.
Great shop and great service from the staff,went in to upgrade my contract and got helped without any hassle
