We purchased the Sage Smart Scoop (BCI600UK) icecream maker In Feb 2020 from Cybertrek in South Africa.From the date we received it, we have tried various recipes with limited success. We reviewed various YouTube clips and Google articles, with no avail.The Sage Smart Scoop is a big disappointment.We have requested a refund from the supplier, Cybertrek, but they advised that the Return period has expired...., customer service is non existing.We feel this is unacceptable and will take this up with the manufacturer

This store has really good prices for their VR tech. The only way you are likely to get cheaper is by going through the pain of importing it yourself. Besides their good pricing, their staff were really friendly and professional. I received most of my replies within 10 min of sending them a mail. I bombarded the staff with questions. Some could be seen as silly questions and kept following up about my delivery as I was excited to receive it. I ordered my oculus rift on a Monday and they said they would try have it by me on Friday. I received my package on Thursday. Through all the bombardment about my package, the staff remained friendly and delivered a great service to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase VR

I ordered a Oculus Quest, everything was handled perfectly. Kept in contact and I received my item in days. Very happy with the service.

I bought two, not one, but two Oculus rifts at this store about two years back. Now that the cables have broken from wear and tear. Not only do they refuse to let me purchase a new one but they have even blocked my email address as spam. I think this is ridiculous and outrageous. Please do not purchase anything from them because if you do not have record of your order number two years back because of your house having burnt down. Then they will just simply not help you. Their after a sales customer service stinks. A person would think having spent more then 25 000 on two items that you would receive at least decent service. However this is entirely the opposite. I will have to unfortunatelysay to any considering purchasing anything from them, please do try and purchase your items elsewhere first. As they will gladly sell you the item but when you need replacement parts they will simply mark you as SPAM. So if you want to be treated in such a manner then go ahead.
