Great experience for musicians. You can realy try out you instrument in a nice atmosphere. The sound systems is also ready to be tested and you can have a nice coffee at their in house coffee shop. Amaizing!

The staff are very accommodating, they adapt to your needs, understand if you are just browsing and they will rig you up with any gear you would like to try. Great jam rooms with sweet amps. They have a decent selection of Gibson, Fender and PRS guitars and their acoustic range is super impressive. The pricing is really competitive and they are usually the only store I use to compare Takealots prices with. The whole place is massive and just impressive, it has a professional feel about it. You will also find a nice coffee bar inside. I will easily go back and be happy to support them

Huge. Theyve got a wide variety of instruments and gear. Very little u cant get there. Also have an in-house studio and a stage audio setup to assist clients with that. Amazing.

It is a great shop!The service at the warehouse was really poor though. They took a long time just confirm prices and for me to make payment. I was not really impressed. I called to confirm if an item was in stock, drove there just to find that their system was not updated and it was not there as confirmed.Was so disappointed.

This place is a mind blowing experience if you are a musician. It is absolutely massive with you half dedicated to stage building and production. The music instrument side has a absolutely crazy amount of variety of Guitars (PRS, Fender, Gibson, Takamini, Cort, Ibanez...). It also has models from entry level up to about R75000.00 and they do not mind if you want to play on them. Also great selection of Percussion, piano, Amps Etc. Also have training facilities and a lot of friendly helpful staff. Great way to spend a morning!

Really was expecting more. Range actually wasnt that good. Which is why I took the drive out there.

Shopped online. Firstly, once I ordered from them the website did not update to give me the tracking number of my package. I had to email the support to the get tracking number. The website still says order in progress.I ordered a Line 6 Interface. The box the interface came in looked terrible. Not damaged but not in good shape. The interface worked fine luckily. The interface comes with software. Cubase elements and Reason 6 limited. To my dismay the Reason 6 Limited was already registered to another person. I suspect someone opened the box stealthily and stole the cd-Key. I emailed Mitech support regarding this issue and they say they will follow up with their supplier. No feedback as of yet.Courier service: They used RAM delivery which gave me trouble as the driver did not listen to my instructions on the phone. We dont have a buzzer so I told him to call me when he got to our gate. I waited to the end of the day for him to bring the package. He came then quickly left because there was no buzzer. As if the conversation we had on the phone didnt happen. I had to call RAM support to turn the driver around and come back. Eventually I got the package.Overall, Im not impressed with Mitech Direct.I will update the post once I get feedback on the Reason 6 CD-Key issue.
