Nomsa Helped me to her fullest to make sure I received my bag on time. I found her website through TakeAlot and noticed that the waiting time to get my bag was going to be 5 days. On a Wednesday i called Amonet and told them what I want. She says she can arrange for it to be delivered before Saturday which is the day I leave to the Netherlands. My bag was shipped on Thursday evening and I managed to get it on Friday morning. She made sure it was sent with the earliest courier. Very Good Customer Service and the Travel backpack is really good quality

Excellent service received.I gave 4 stars because I did have issues with some parts so that was a bit of an inconvenience. But they took care of it very quickly and sent thru replacements. Be careful when ordering online. I purchased a desk and paid in full but they sold the last desk to a client in store the next morning. The manager called to apologise for the mistake and said they will put a system in place to avoid future issues. (I therefore changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars)
