I ordered 3 colonel meals yesterday. To my surprise the burgers where tasteless and cold. I had to pay extra for the cool drink flavor to be changed. Instead of receiving the coke I made for the store sends me coke no sugar. No sauce or chillie salt or servette was placed in the delivery order. To the store manager can this be looked into as this poses there is no quality standards in the store and dishonesty as I paid for the change and the incorrect item was sent. Regards. I will be definitely changing the store I buy from

So, I went there today, and I ordered a zinger box meal. The zinger wings had no flavour at all. So I called to complain, the manager Samantha was absolutely amazing in handling my complaint and was willing to give me something else to compensate for the wings. She also explained the issues of delivery due to the looting that happened. I just wanted to say thank you Samantha for being so kind and understanding. Decided to not get the compensation because it’s clearly not their fault. Great service

Terrible service, employees standing at the back charting while we waiting to be assisted at around 15:20, 20/10/21, after I walked out and a lady behind me called out and showed them someone walked out cause of the wait, only then they came to the foyer. Ended up going to drive thru

Friendly staff but their counter services are sometimes slower than a pentioners line, however never had to park off and wait for any drive thru services.

No one at drive thru window. Go to collect window and no one. Couple of minutes later, someone comes. Then try to tell me to go back to drive thru window to place order!!!!!

They can never get the order right. We you complain, the staff look at you like you have done something wrong. Today was the the last straw and will never return.

Great service, the food is always on point and fresh. Only now and then will they disappoint my kids when the ice cream machine does not work.

Very poor service.I ordered online to collect at the drive through. I was told that it would initially take 10 min for my order to be ready. I asked for thighs and drumsticks and was told that would now take 20min. 20min later I walked in the shop only to be told sorry its gonna take 10 more minutes. On top of that, I had to go back coz my pieces of chicken were incomplete!!!!! Half the staff was extremely rude!!!

Got there at about 18h30 and queued to be serviced on the drive thru, i think there five cars in front of me and a lot more behind me. Got to the window to place my order to be told that they had closed. The two cars ahead of me had been told the same thing coz i saw them leaving prematurely. What is really appalling about this treatment is no one from KFC cared to let us know that we were not gonna be serviced, that was gonna save us time to go some where else. Letting us paying customers queue on the drive thru for nothing is not only unprofessional but also unethical. Today was not the first time i get disappointed by this KFC but was definately the last time i set foot in their restaurant.

Wonderful service from the branch. Food ready quicker than expected. Place is always clean and neat. The food never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and polite. Ablution and hand wash facilties always kept in a hygienic state. Ideal location in the shopping centre easy access and loads of parking.

Abit of a disappointment with the gravy / mash and gravy.. It is definitely not the original KFC gravy. It taste as if its one of those packet gravies bought from a store. Compared to other KFC Ive been too in Midrand the Vorna Valley branch is my last option.

My Daughter was in the mood for KFC so after a Gym session I took her. Food was good, fresh and really good. Thank you. It would be nice if the staff was a little friendlier.

I always support and buy from this branch. Today at 8.47 I needed to use thier toilet and I wanted to buy breakfast and they refused to even open the doors. This is the second time KFC have done this and to be honest I dont think I will supporting them anymore.

Ordered a 10 piece family treat. Have watched 3 x 5 piece meals been fulfilled out of my take away bag. Order was placed at 18h35 and fulfilled finally at 19h10. Longest i have ever waited. The indication board for on its way and come & get it gets bypassed as soon as order is placed (this making the need for the staff to constantly repeat the order to the kitchen) . There is no idea on how long your order will sill take. And not to mention that the prioritize the drive through making those in the shop wait longer.

Lovely place. It is very neat and well kept. The restrooms are kept in inpeccable condition. You also get to have access to free WiFi while waiting for your order or while eating. The staffs are very friendly and efficient. Waiting time was less than five minutes when I visited.

Very nice KFC. The service was good and fast. We did not wait long for our food, and the staff was very friendly. The quality of the food was also up to standard. This is an excellent place to quickly have lunch at. The eating are is also very good.

Many incidents of bones in boneless chicken, undercooked and even raw fillets. Would not recommend at all. Unfortunately this is the only KFC near Vorna Valley, else this sad excuse for a branch would be closed within a week.

I couldnt remember what I had seen on the menu board...it would be perfect if the menu was In front of the driver ...to the right as I order! Service was perfect and pleasant.

Its a KFC, one of probably a billion. Other than that, they try to limit what they have ready as they get closer to closing time. Not as many people wandering in to ask you for food at this location. Not as many crimes take place at the Vorna Valley shopping center, so I like the location.

Over the years this KFC does not improve. The chicken is dry and burnt all the time. Do not ever expect a juicy or succulent chicken. I do not know why I went back there today.
