Amazing service. Quick and Efficient, especially with online orders

Placed an order over the phone to be collected in 30 minutes, when I got there had to wait on the Que for 20 minutes and when I got to the pay point I found out the order wasnt out yet mind you thats 50 minutes already. They started on my order and I waited for another 20 minutes so in total thats an hour and 10 minutes and the staff was so unfriendly could not be bother to apologize or answer any of my questions. So KFC Mall of Africa does not even deserve a star.

Cant pay for an order because thembi is busy signing and khulani is calling and calling and calling, but thembi is singing. Kfc is fast food, not slow food. Poor service

My order was burned and squashed. They squashed the burgers and the boxes to almost flat. The chicken pieces had lines and dents burned into them from the grill. Some pieces overcooked and hard to eat. Wont go back there.

My experience was good at this KFC in Mall of Africa, zinger wings were very fresh, hot and delicious. The staff of this place was very friendly, active and helpful serving happily to every customer.

Dear owner of this kfcPlease take the time to educate your staff members on how to use the systems in place. They never seem to be able to add cheese to a burger or Order a meal with still water. I end up waiting much longer than I need to.

They got the order wrong twice, and tried to charge us extra. No tomato sauce, no serviettes.

Service was not good and they ran out of chicken wings, which makes no sense if you business is about selling chicken 💁🏾‍♂️

If you dont have stock of something, take it off your menu. Lady at the till was very slow...

This KFC is found in a food court inside mall of Africa alongside competitive restaurants. There is a waiting for about 15 minutes. The area around the restaurant is usually over crowded and seating is very limited. Staff attitude not bad.

Its a very disappointing experience at kfc mall of Africa. They always have no stock at there store on various items that you request. Very poor services.

Waited for about 30min. Laydy behind counter just keeps on clicking all the orders as complete on her screen... this resulted in over 20 orders that was mixed up and for them to complete our orders from our slips...

Very disappointed, Waited over 30 minute for 2 Oreo krushers, eventually when the 2 krushers were ready they got handed to the people behind us. When I confronted the situation I got told by the lady behind the counter “I told ‘him’ to call you”. And had a further struggle trying to get a refund. In-conclusion Service was unacceptable, slow and staff were rude.

KFC MALL OF AFRICA IT SAYS THAT THE SHOP OPENS AT 8AM HOWEVER THATS NOT THE CASE I ALWAYS GET THERE AT 8AM OR FIVE MINUTES AFTER BUT STILL ITS NOT OPEN.RATHER CHANGE YOUR OPENING TIME THAN TO MISLEAD US WITH THAT TIME ON THE DOOR.

Management is slow in informing customers if speed point is broken or out of service.

Staff is very friendly. Must be ready for long waiting time. But no worth for the quality. Had one of the worst crunch burger. Hard and dry chicken.

No queue order.. you get an order number but the system does not work when fetching your order, you need to queue again.
