What a lovely place and Kids Zone was really a fantastic venue for the children. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make it fun for my grandchildren. Although the prices were a bit steep the milkshakes were delicious.I highly recommend this venue for Parents who want to relax while their children have fun playing on the equipment safely.A bonus is its indoors so rain or shine you can enjoy the facility.

Its a great place to come and have drinks while watching the sunset.The good is a bit of a hit and miss, the first time we came for dinner it was amazing. I had the steak which was tender and cooked perfectly, plus the starter was good. Our waiter gave us exceptional service.The second time we came was more of a miss, the food was not up the standard as before, some parts of my ribs were very hard and dry, i left a quarter to half of the meal cause i just couldnt go through. The spinach and butter nut sides were cold and we were not offered bread as per the prior visit. The waiter also was just not as proffessional as the one we had before.All in a rather mixed place, needs some consistency

We had a very disappointing lunch at Zacharys Bistro. My fish was off and could not be eaten. My brother had the same experience. His fish was was also off.We will definitely not eat there again and will not recommend Zacharys Bistro.

WHAT A TERRIBLE RESTAURANT. Sat down and ordered food. Was then told the restuarant is for hotel guests but they would try to help us.The manager Daniel was extremely rude and couldnt accomadate us despite an empty restuarant. One of the worst experiences ever at a simple breakfast restuarant ever!

So very disappointed in this restaurantI don’t understand how it has 5 stars. Service was slow. Almost non existent. Perhaps it is an issue to get good staff in this area.When we arrived I asked to be seated away from the kids in the dining room as I heard them carrying on. I was told no kids in restaurant that it was the kitchen staff making all the noise (please keep the door closed!)Ordered the salmon medium. Came out sooo rare. Sent it back. Came back 15minutes later over cooked. My husband had already finished his meal- pasta which had a broken sauce and pasta.The manager -who was very nice- took the dinner off our bill and offered desert on the house but by that time it was too late We took a bottle of wine back to our room and a discount was given.Maybe because it’s the end of season? But we won’t have dinner here again during our stay. Sad

Fabulous restaurant with a great atmosphere. Delicious food. Highly recommended.

We had a great evening meal here and the ambiance was special . The atmosphere was cosy and warm , created by two fires, and subdued lighting. The portions tended to be on the small size unfortunately but were artistically presented. We enjoyed their wine selection and chose a South African Pino Noir. The deserts featured some mouth watering dishes which we loved and enjoyed immensely. Service was personal and efficient.

I really enjoyed the elegance of Zacharys at Pezula. The whole experience was outstanding and the chef, Jeffrey apparently has herbs and veggies in the garden. It showed as the meal was fresh and prepared in a very refined style. Must visit.

The Valentines dinner yesterday started with a delicious gin cocktail. Unfortunately the champagne was out of stock and no one seemed to have wine knowledge either. The amuse was simple but tasty, the starter of goats cheese downright bad (childs play) but the main course of glazed salmon and finally the dessert made up for it.
