There was an issue with my UberEats app, so I called the store. The manager was unbelievably pleasant and tremendously helpful. Eventually, the store owner ended up delivering my meal to me personally, and to boot, the sushi itself was incredible! I would recommend this store over and over again if great service, quality food and punctuality are the things you are looking for! :)

This was absolutely delicious. Simply Asia did not disappoint. We had a variety of items from corn cake starters with a sticky sweet plum sauce really deliciousness. The Tokyo rolls are my favorite from the lot, the cucumber is really refreshing I would suggest having it after eating other sushi to it really has refreshing taste to clean your palette. Hopefully be back to try more.

Went to Simply Asia on 06/08/2021 - Walked up to the reception/cashier, Completely ignoring i was standing there waiting to order.. after a few minutes, she reluctantly asked if i wanted to order, i then said yes please, she then rudely walked away without saying a word. I then just walked out, never coming back..

Sushi kitchen closed at 7pm without any info on website ... restaurant only closes at 9pm ... how disappointing

Waited for an order for 1 and a half hours bad place, they prioritized Phone orders over customers which were already here. I am still waiting for my food.

Ordered on Mr D and they put egg when asked not to on FOUR occasions! Complete disregard for customers dietary requirements.

Terrible service. Waited for over an hour to get our food. Why? Because the waitress decided to assist the white couple that came after us before even getting us a table. There werent enough tables available so she had said shell get us one. Next thing she comes with a chair for the couple and their child, made sure they are comfortable, before eventually coming to give us one. She went to get their order first and the guy did mention that she should help us because we got there first, but no, she assisted them first. We got our menu and after she was done with them, she came to take our order.Food was not great. Rice noodles and meat were dry, rubbery and had no seasoning whatsoever. The small dishes which the sauces came in were super dirty, we asked for new ones. Those came halfway into the meal so they werent really of any use to us anymore. Then we got a new waiter, who was good. The guy was okay. But the girl, youd swear we werent paying customers.All in all, never again!

The food took very long to arrive and alas when my dish came, it was only to be taken back by the waiter because the Nori was missing. I then waited another 15 minutes and finally asked my waiter what had happened to my food. He had forgotten to give it back to me.The waiter was friendly but the restaurant is understaffed.The cost of the food is definitely not represented in the size of the portions. Very small servings.The food was tasty but this was overshadowed by the poor service and experience.

No concept of time. Simple sushi order has taken over an hour but advertised as 20-30 mins for orders to be out. Highly disappointing

Waited an hour for Sushi and was then told they havent even started preparing our order....totally unacceptable...initially said chef didnt see our order slip...then another excuse ...sadly our table of three left after an hour hungry and disappointed

After a call from the owner I understand the situation. Appreciate the care and thought he had to take time out to try and resolve the situation. Normally their service is good and have to bump my review up to a 3 star rating. I will update at a later stage again and hopefully it will move up higher!!Got there and the two front desk staff were arguing with one another in front of customers. Operating hours state 11AM - 9PM. Stood at the front desk waiting for the argument to end and wanted to place an order at 11h30 and was told no, the kitchen will only open at 12h00, so you will need to wait. So very professional.

Guys went all out to make sure we had a gud and fun time

Always a real delight to sample different cuisine. Never disappointed when ordering Asian style soup with chilli and chicken chunks. All credit to the friendly staff front and kitchen staff.I never miss a opportunity to sample their array of Asian dishes

I enjoy the Thai food and other stir fries. They have a good menu and staff are cool and friendly. Service is incredibly fast, at least when its not too busy.

That was the most AWSOME SOFTTEST FRESHEST SUSHI that I have had the privilege of eating. Half price was a bonus. Service was not bad at all. And special mention to the CHEF PASSMORE. give credit were credit is due. Great chef that made me a happy man.

Gosh if there was a zero this is what id give! 2nd bad experience and only ever ordered twice. Totally wrong order came! Sent some yuck tofu stuff which we cannot even eat. Here we are at 9pm waiting for a new order. In terms of a refund who knows if they will even bother! Said they will ask for the order to be recalled but its an hour since.Dont ever order from here they quite incompetent.

Horrible service from Simply Asia Killarney Mall. I placed an order via Uber Eats, only for the wrong order to be delivered. When I phoned the store to inform them, they only offered to correct the order once they had confirmed they had sent the wrong order by sending a driver to collect the wrong order from my house before they would deliver the correct order. Once the driver returned with the correct order we realised that, for a second time, they had sent the wrong order. When I phoned the store again to complain they were extremely unapologetic giving the excuse that the order they sent us was more expensive than what we actually ordered. Extremely poor service and incompetence all-round. Ill be sure to never order from Simply Asia again.

Hi, Food quality, portion size were good, surprised to see on our visit the Thai chef was not around, as I thought it was their USP of having a Thai chef cooking a Thai dish, nevertheless I am still happy with the food prepared by the local chef as well, good value for money, could improve their service though. Still the best thai food place in and around killarney

Ordered the prawn and chicken steamed dumpling which sounded amazing, only to be confronted by smaller than a mouth full portion of what I can only describe as a poorly wrapped pork mince Friedel... Prawn??? My wife had the Thai gravey chicken with jazmin rice?? They must have forgotten the jazmin in Alladin on this one and are you sure that was chicken?? For R108 unsalted rice, over cooked protein(???) a stock cube for gravey and an egg so hard you best have the water ready this is a poor excuse for Asian cuisine. 1 star

WOWW...in the last month the store has taken my criticsm to heart and i was really impressed today!The sushi(tuna) was fresh and juicy...and everything was on point.Thank you simply asia killarney for listening and improving...i hope more people give your food a try and im sure they will feel the change...

Ive been here twice for sushi the first time was really good. The second time was awful the composition of sushi rice was sour and the soy sauce smelt off.

Very sad.The waitress delivered steamed rise when the order was fried rice.Even worse - we saw the cook eating and munching while cooking food- in full view through the glass window.

I was there in the first days of this Simply Asia opening as a result there were some teething problems but the manager and staff were on hand and helpful. There is a good range of food available and I would return.
