Guy in a bronze renault SUV with liscense plate that starts with KB trying to run a me off the road this afternoon near the camaro offramp with renault dealerships stickers on it and turning into your renault complex.then just to pass me and do it to the car infront of them...I have it all on dashcam...honestly teach your people to drive with company cars

The most appalling service I have ever received in my life. First my service person fell ill and I had to phone like crazy trying to get help from someone else. He tried helping but failed dismally and I was assigned back to the first service person, this only lasted for 1 day and I was then assigned to another person. These people dont call to tell you what is happening even when you call and leave messages. Yesterday I requested a billing report so I can pay for service you did not render and I am still waiting. I hate myself for ever sending my car there.

Had a rather poor experience with Pat Sales Manager. Brought in a Renault Cleo for the 4th time with same faults which cannot be rectified after 3 and half months the car had been bought, never greeted me as a customer, delegated the matter without even finding out my frustration and she left just like that. What kind of management skills does she possess???Renault The Glen is the worst.

If it was possible I would rate negative stars... My experience at this dealership was horrible. The sales person that was helping me is nothing short of incompetent and the DP is not very helpful either...when I went there go sort out my issues he didnt even listen to me. Not impressed at all with the service at that dealership

I would rate negative star if it was possible, I have ordered a spare key and they did not call me when it came back even after 21 days👎 I had to call them when I realized that 21 working days has passed! Only to be told that it was delivered 3 weeks ago!! How was I suppose to know??? Isnt your Job to make sure that customers receive the messages?? Poor customer service

I went there looking for a part but the guy who was working at de parts window just told me straight without even looking on the system that the part I am looking for has been discontinued, I should just go to a scrap yard. I went to another renault dealership and the consultant who assisted me checked on the system, placed an order for me for dat part and advised me on how long is it going to take for me to receive it. When I asked him about the Glen guy telling me how the part has been discontinued, the consultant just told me that if it was discontinued he was not going to find it on the system.

During the ninety thousands service they noticed that theres a water leak somewhere somewhere around the engine,I was informed and told that the matter is going to be discussed with warranty office,warranty approved,replacement part received,but when I brought the car a week after my service for the leak to be fixed I was then informed that the warranty wont cover because I applied silicon to the component,this is a statement made by their technician,who was rude and told me theres silicon here and its not applied by renault,I had to fight for my rights because I knew nothing about silicon or the leak even and all the previous services are carried out by ranault,I can to go up and down loosing time at work and money on transport to finally get the car fixed

Would put minus stars if I could purely for them telling me my car was ready for collection after a service only to sit in the waiting area for close to 2 hours, without any indication of it being ready. Update received the car 2 hours after it was meant to be ready, unwashed, but they were kind enough to leave the mats sopping wet I would advise to avoid this branch in future

I took my car to Renault The Glen on on the the 07-08-20 and explained that i would like for them to check the two errors i was getting on my dashboard and to change my brake pads and wipers. The first error stated check fuel injection system and the second error stated check anit-pollution system. I got my car back from them that they stating that they had changed my brakes and wipers and that the reason for the errors was because of the fuel quality that was put into the car which I filled at the same Egen Ive been going to for the past 3 years. I was advised to drive out the R500 worth of fuel in my car and fill fuel at a different petrol station, i filled another R500 worth of fuel at another Engen garage but the problem persisted so I took my car back to them on 08-08-20 and was told to bring my card back on the Tuesday after they reset the computer system. On Tuesday they checked my car and confirmed that there were no issues and asked that I come to collect it, after fetching it the problem still arose and in fact it endangered my life because my car was not going at a higher speed than 30kmph on the highways and kept jerking and stalling. I had to turn around and take it back where they then picked up that i need a new fuel pressure pump after three attempts of diagnosing the problem. I asked for a courtesy car which i needed for work and to transport my mother for dialysis 3 times a week but i was told i had to wait 7 days for one. The manager Johan promised me that he ordered the part but it somehow got taken by another Renault branch which they still havent been able to explain to me. He promised me a call back to keep me updated but he still hasnt contacted me after my last interaction with him. I am utterly frustrated and disgusted by their dont car attitudes. Renault South Africa has asked if they gave me a courtesy car during the first 5 days which they did not and they failed to tell me that a more competent Renault dealership would have been able to. It has been two weeks I am still left with no car and I have to make 10 calls a day begging and shouting for assistance. All I want is for someone to take responsibility for the incompetent service, get me a courtesy car, consider compensating me for wasting fuel for incorrect advise given me to and fix my damn car so that i never have to see anyone of you again.

Worst place to buy a car, they will tell you your service has expired but your car is brand new, your brake pads will be finished but my car stands at home and is only used on Sundays for church. Dont waste your time or money at Renault the Glen

31 October 2020. Took our car for the first service today, excellent customer service from Lionel Dawson. Vehicle was booked in around 8:30am and was done by around 11am. Speedy service. Lionel just didnt offer me a slice of his 3 pizzas he had lol.. Keep up the excellent work Group 1 The Glen. I give 6 stars out of 5Excellent service by Ria and Allesha, we were well taken care of from the first moment we walked in.. Our first visit to this dealership got us walking away with our first brand new car. Tailor made deals to suite you. A must see

On a Sunday of the 5th I realised that there is water underneath the car on the passager seats the front and back. I tried to take out the water but it looks like its a lot of water than I thought cause when the car is moving I can hear water moving underneath the seats.The car didnt have any water drainage problem when I took it for service on the on 19th of December 2019 and there was definitely no water underneath the seat.I called Leeroy on the 06/01/2020 to bring this to his attention as this water could have been there when I collected the car from the Dealership on the 31/12/2019.I only realised this on a Sunday . His response to this was that the problem is that the drainage holes are blocked which could be result of the water and he said that the water could have been in the car when I bought it for service to them and if that is true when be was checking the car why ddnt he say anything to me.Now his telling me I have to pay R1000 to unblock the holes.My concern is that my car was not properly serviced and he serviced the car under pressure as I had to stress this to him that i need the car as it has been with the Dealership from the 19-31 of December 2019.The second issue:On the payment receipts he mentioned he refilled all the fluids and checked the wipes. And when I checked the fluids one is almost empty and it needs to be refilled he could have advised me so and he ddnt and yet the receipt say all fluids have been refilled.And I know I need to change my wipes but he didnt say anything about them either, which makes me sceptical about the service that was done on the car if it was proper.May you kindly advice further as I am not happy about the service provided by Renault Group 1 Glen and LeeroyI received a poor service!!!!!

Went to check the Koleos. Was impressed seeing on the website. I was not impressed with the Black one on the Floor. Sales People never bothered to find out what I wanted. I went around for 3 minutes and I was excited to see the red Megane on Display. I went back to the Koleos not attractive at all. Still not a single Sales Person came to assist. I went out with my Tail in between my Legs. So dissappointed.

The customer service at the Glen has dropped from 110% to zero. I have been calling since last week to book my car for service and the lady at reception tells me there is no one and they will call me back and they have not. I called today again as my car is due for service and I got the same story its 19h44 and Im still waiting for the call. The only reason I have been dealing with the Glen branch was for their customer service more than anything. Im not sure if theres new management or the lady in reception is not doing her job or whats happening in that place.

I took my car for a service yesterday, the service was bad. Brought my car Renault clio in the morning as it was booked for a service before 9 in the morning. Around 4 in the afternoon my car was its not ready as the lady come to me at their waiting area, telling me that the technician was abt to finish but they need to change the front brake pads. I only got my car around 16:45 only a service done, told them they cant do any repairs since it was already late 16:00h. What a bad service, NXA
