I booked my car for service the week before I actually took it in, yet on the day they did not have the air filter to complete the service. None of the other dealers have the filter either which means it needs to be ordered from supplier. Thats just poor service, not to be organized to have parts required for a pre-arranged service.

Not helpful at all,they all seem clueless with the smallest of things, asked them to assist with a nissan vehicle information i was about to buy, like vehicle history etc. Through Vin number, they couldnt assist or even to tell me where I can find the Chasis number on that specific vehicle, they still didnt know lol ironic how nissan cannot know about their own vehicles

They selling cars without having spare parts in stores always u have 21daya to get so old system and sell Nissan but in parts they using Renault parts i wish they told all before their car chassis are so fake simply it depends drivers life during accident

Called to book a service on the 28/05/2020 - 08:30, reception advised that team is busy and will call be back after 09:00. I left my contact number and details, never happened. Sent an email to book the service, nothing. Tried calling on the 29/05/2020 - no answer. Dealership doesnt need your business, please dont trouble yourself....Nash Nissan in Voortrekker Road, Alberton is happy to assist - give them a call.Previous service experience was not that great, issue with acceleration and idling sound was never sorted out.

Great service, had a small computer error light showing on my bakkie. The service department took the vehicle in and within 5 minutes it was sorted. Thank you very much.

Ive never experienced such Bad service in my life. its almost two months for a NP 200 Bakkie to be serviced and no feedback from the service team. the staff needs training on customer service more so on giving customers feedback. (the bakkie is still with Nissan)

The service is absolutely pathetic. I took my vehicle in for replacement of the drivers door handle. I waited more than 3 weeks for parts. When I collected my vehicle the opening button did not work and the colour of the handle did not match. When I requested a loan vehicle while they fixed their poor workmanship I was told that none was available at that time. A month later I was called on the friday and told to bring the car in on the Tuesday as they had a loan car for me. On the mondaM tgwy called to say that there was no vehicle. Eventually after speaking to the service manager he said that I should bring the vehicle in and that they would organsise to either return the car or fetch me from work to collect it. I took the vehicle in. By 15h30 I had heard nothing . I called several times and left several messages. Eventually at 16h22 I received an email saying that I could collect the car at 17hOO. So much for the service they had promised. To make matters worse when I arrived at 6h30 the handle had not even been fitted. No offer to take me to work or deliver the vehicle. Pathetic customer care

Absolutely pathetic and dont deliver on their promise. Took my Navara in for an oil leak and to update the rubbish infotainment system. Chantall promised that she would take it up with Nissan SA. Phoned me once saying that she was in the process of getting it done. Never ever heard back from her or Nissan SA. This was 6 weeks ago.Despite everyone else having heard of an update for the infotainment system, Nissan The Glen know nothing about it.The problem with this dealership despite Chantall not coming back to you is that it shares premises with Renault and they are obviously the bigger draw card. In fact everything was in yellow in the reception area and it did not feel like I was at a Nissan dealer at all.Oh well, Im off to Nissan Melrose and see if they want my business.
