I would have 0 star but theres no option like that so 1 star is as low as i could go. I recommend nobody use they services they will not look after your car. They will also not take responsibility for whatever they break

These guys arent mechanics. they are just middle men who solicits the services of the real mechanics. Paid R7000 for diagnosis on diesel injectors and they asked for additional R46K to repair why.. they had to send it somewhere.Then quoted me R44000 to fix broken cam belt on another vehicle.. why? I was told we have to take it to a professional.I paid R9000 in total to have my two vehicles released with no repairs done.Mechanic who repaired the broken cam belt with engineering work only charged R4500.Dont take your car to these guys. unless you want it cleaned on change lights bulbs.

Very Disappointed.My car came back worse after i took it in for repairs.I will not use their services ever again.

They fixed the front brakes. When I collected my car the electrical fault light was suddenly flashingI asked what it meant the guy said its because the system is updating that new brakes were done. The light is still flashing. Now my car loses power uphill and doesnt drive above 60-70KM /h

Worst service center , i gave General service . there was no complain before service. Now i got few issues after service. i scene they changed few good parts and replaced with worst one.If you want to keep your car safe with genuine parts , dont give service here.

Absolute WOSRST place to take your car for a service. Parts were replaced with junk and not fitted correctly. Oil started running out. Could have been horrific luckily I noticed it BEFORE travelling my usual 60km trip to work!

My go to place for my car pampering, got disappointed a year later coz their charges were more than dealership and they were using synthetic parts that almost messed up my car

So took my car to have dynostics done and for R600 I was told the outcome:petrol cap needs to be taken to a panelbeater, Ineed a windscreen wiper and number plate has a dent, shockinghas a dent

Service on vehicles is reasonable but the price is not for your average Joe, if you need fast service and convenience I can recommend their service but if you work on a tight budget forget about it. Customer service at Ormonde Car city is friendly.
