Great service. Ive dealt with Owen twice so far and what an awesome experience. Ive now decided to no longer take my car to VW but rather have it serviced by Owen and the team. They give honest feedback and my last service didnt even have to go home, I just sat with Owen and the team whilst sipping a coffee and the car was well taken care off, no issues since the last service and looking forward to the next one. Bed service ever my car is there for a month no updates nothing. As soon as I got my car back they will never see me again thanks for their poor service 🙁☹☹☹🙁

Their service and workmanship is pathetic. I took my car in for a normal check-up, and it was returned with parts damaged, that I now need to replace, with no proper feedback, and empty promises. My car is currently sitting in their workshop, to try to fix a problem that wasnt there in the first place, and at my expense!

Bad customer service I have never seen such pathetic service. I took my car for assessment n the problem was identified but I was charged n still experiencing problems on the car oil leaking . The lady Gugu promised to bring a technician to check it home come the day they didnt pitch Im now at their mercy. They r bad like i will never recommend anyone to take their cars at this place.

False misleading quotes. I took in my car to replace an alternator and it took them 7 hours to do that. They dont car about their customers. They promised to pick me up but I ended walking back to collect my seeing that it was getting dark. While I was there. Most of the calls that came through it was about the manager apologising to customers

I have had bad service, installed my rear brake pads in May 2017 with out skimming the discs, now December 2017 Rear right pads have worn off and looks like they installed an old pad.
