Finance lady not very helpful,with a bit of arrogance. Couldnt admit to her mistake on my sisters finance deal, didnt advice properly on warranty, which is costing my sister them over R 20 000 to fix their car. The salesman, Thabo, very helpful. But if you buy a car their, speak to Thabo but, I for one, wont deal with the finance lady, due to her not advising the customer on the necessity of a warranty.

The service at BMW The Glen has really dropped. I have been a BMW driver for over 25 years. Took my car for a service and also looking to make a purchase. From my interactions with the staff there, I get the feeling that theyre doing me a favour .... not that my continued support is providing for jobs. From the used car salesman to the reception, same. They should learn from the courtesy car driver what customer service should be like. BMW SA should also look at ways to provide loyal customers with some good deals. Will be looking for my purchase from Mercedes.

I booked my vehicle in for a service on the 7th April 2021 and after taking my vehicle to the dealership, approximately an hour later, realized that I forgot my memory stick (64gb Kingston HyperX Savage, valued at R925) in the vehicle and informed the service consultant about this. The service consultant said that she would go look and see if she can find the memory stick and later during the day confirmed that she has the memory stick in her possession. My vehicle was kept overnight for further investigations. When I got to the dealership the following day, to my utter shock and dismay I was provided with a Sandisk memory stick which was not mine. I did not take this memory stick and informed the service consultant that it was not mine. The service consultant advised that they will check pictures and further investigate.The mere fact that someone stole my memory stick and replaced it with another, proves to me that this was a premeditated act. I entrusted my vehicle to BMW Auto Glen in good faith and I am totally disgusted that a valued item of mine was stolen. I do acknowledge that I signed that my valuables were removed from my vehicle however this should not give the staff at BMW Auto Glen to help themselves to items forgotten in the vehicle. There should also be policies and investigations done in cases like this as I am sure I am not the first or last customer to forget an item in their vehicle.

Visited the dealership today with my wife and we were ignored from entrance. Finally when Thato (sales man) asked if we needed help, he couldnt give us the deserved attention and he was so rude to us. We really didnt expect such a service, though we saw something we liked and were willing to make a deal, we just decided to walk out. So disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Online it states that they close at 1pm on a Saturday, but from 12:30pm you are unable to get any assistance. All I wanted was a printout of my key reading, but I was told that the staff have left already and theres no one else that can assist. The manager claims that he is not able to use the key reader. Pathetic!

If you have an insurance related issue, dont go there. These guys are as crooked as they come. After initial quote, 2 additional quotes were sent through and all increasing in value. Already over R21,000.00 was required just to put a battery in, just to re quote for over R215,000.00.Who quotes subsequently, then I am given attitude and told my car wont be released unless payment is in their account. The cars value R115K, does this make any sense. Stay clear away!!!

After picking up my car from Auto Glen BMW.I noticed a few things missing from my car.The BMW Auto Glen Keyring that I have purchased from them. My sunglasses. My gym gloves and gym lock. And all of the loose chappies that I kept in my car.I know we suppose to take everything out of the car but Cmon, those things were in my Centre consol that I always forget to open.Plus the alignment was done on my car, but my steering wheel is now off centre. And when I try to call Francios he doesnt want to take my call or call me back.Pathetic after service from Auto Glen.

Really disappointed. I sent my car in and it came back with a rattle which wasnt initially present in the area they worked on. They billed me a second time even they caused the issue. BMW Sandton for the win. I used to bring 3 of my cars here but definitely not anymoreBad after sales service

Extremely disappointed with the service department. Had a new tyre fitted by them and they didnt even do an assessment on the rim, as I had requested. Months later, I had a vibration on the vehicle, sent it in and they claimed to have fixed it, it only got worse. Sent the car in again and all of a sudden they need to keep it for a few days but this was only communicated to me after the car was booked in, when I asked what they had done thus far, they could not answer and now I cant even get hold of anyone because the phone lines are faulty. Im so disappointed with this service, I got rid of my Audi based on service and at this rate, it might just be the same case for my BMW. All this considering that I bought my car brand new from this very same dealership. The service department just lies and refuses to take ownership, Ive complained before and nothing has been done, I question their capability to service these vehicles. This has been an extremely frustrating substandard experience! Im even starting to dislike the brand entirely now.
