Fresh spicy chicken, by far the best wings I have ever had after the hectic night I had

Usually their food is on point. Fresh and tasty but was disappointed in my last order. All the wings were small and seemed to have been chosen intentionally because it was a hot wings meal 8

If theres ever a competition in South Africa for the best false advertising, then this place will do well. The fries were great, but were a smaller portion than advertised. The achar wasnt edible at all! It had slices of something resembling thick plastic or tough rubber! The wings were slightly overdone, but lacked any soul! Then to add insult to injury, the portion size was not as advertised!This happened about a week ago. I wish I thought to take photos or video but we were on the road. Another lesson learnt for me I guess.

Purchased hot wings a few times and way too oily. Will not be buying from them again

Service was a bit alow through the drive though but the meals were good

They made us come in from the drive through becausw our indecisiveness was delaying them somehow... Given that we were the only customers there that was mind baffling

Finding the drive through entrance is a mission and a half, if you miss it, youll have to do a u turn. Hit otherwise, its good and fast.

Im not generally a fan of chicken licken however this one made the food better somehowI enjoyed my meal from hereI give 3 stars only because I generally dont like this franchise

Best chicken licken around

Card machine wasnt accepting my card at drive through, I was told to go Park and pay inside. There was not enough parking. But I didnt have to wait long, the staff is really friendly and quick and the food hits the spot!

The chicken tastes foul.... The worst chicken licken experience Ive ever had. The chicken tasted rotten... The spice could not mask the way it was so off... When I took it back the staff all were shouting over at me instead of the manager coming over to speak to me... I can not believe that Chicken licken would serve rotten chicken out to customers. Im pregnant and cant afford to be eating such in my condition.

I am not happy with the drive-thru service I received on 03/12/2020, i paid for 24 hotwings and rock my soul 6 but only received 20 hotwings instead of 24 hotwings.. I have always been patient with your drive-thru service.. But one that i received on 03/12/2020 was terrible and I dont think I would recommend to anyone, unless they have to check their orders before leaving.

The food is great! The drive thru service is nil! You always have to park outside and wait for the food🙄. The staff needs to go on training on customer service and experience🙏🏽... They have government employees attitude😔.

Sometimes the drive through takes too long, but it hits the craving. Staff are very friendly and hygienic.

The cashier offered my wife what she didnt want. The issue was escalated to the manager who asked my wife to write at the back of the till slip why her order should be changed.Very bad experience! 👎🏾Pure lack of respect!

Bad service, business hours says closing @ 21:00 but when we went there @ 20:30 they refuse, sorry we are close but they still assist the customer standing in front of us. Why not make your business hours then 08:30 to 20:40, just lost a customer

We were informed that we could only buy wings or burgers as they were going to close soon. After we ordered wings we were told we have to wait 10 minutes in the parking. The chicken wings was extremely salty and not edible.

Their drive thr is quicker than the queues in the front. Telephone orders get priority so rather phone your order in and collect to save time.Store is clean, efficient and have friendly staff.Chicken is well prepared.

SHOCKING service. They kept wanting me to park in the parking lot in the sun as opposed to waiting by the collection window for my food in the drive through....all because their chicken wasnt ready....and they knew they were going to be in trouble because the buzzer where the car parks in the drive through has a timer on it....and if the time spend is too long, they get into trouble for the food taking too long in the drive through....all drive throughs work like this....so heads up - DONT MOVE OUT OF THE DRIVE THROUGH as it forces the workers to fulfill the food companys policy of FAST FOOD !

This is one of the fastest I have seen.Especially the drive through, works really fast. The pre orders is also a bit quicker.Just checking your orders before leaving to avoid disappointments, I picked up my own and it was incomplete, and I usually dont check before departing, I decided to have it there, and for the surprise the order wasnt complete. They fix it.Enjoyed the meal but having the meal there were no nice, lots of flies, had to be waving all the time. ..
