Not a good experience. Waited very very Long at the drivethru and i was waiting for 3 big john burgers at the 2nd window. Also they charge 15%vat but theres no Vat number in the tax invoice , i asked the manager about it the Month they opened yet to date no update. Not cool.

They need to be more patient with customers

Very poor service, u dont even deserve 1 star. After waiting for more than an hour for my order, You put 5 pieces instead of 6.Saw when I got home. Im so disappointed.

Great and efficient service.

Ordered a big John and 2 slyders. Instead got a slyder 2, and of the big John, the bun looks as if its been ripped open by bare hands, terribly out together burger.

They should up their game and do better.

Their meat is very salty, its unenjoyable. Instead of tasting their nice hot spice, all u taste is too much salt 🙅‍♀️. I stay near their chicken licken but now Ive opted to go buy at another chicken licken thats far.

I have just been to this branch to purchase, upon collection i was asked for the slip. I was then given my order of which i checked before leaving only to find that the bottle source which i purchased was not given to me..i asked the lady at the window ans she stated that they had no source available, i stated that i paid for it, she then requested the till slip and walked away and then brought me the source and gavd it with a dont care attitude. I called her and she ignored me. We then drove to the front and went inside the store and demanded that we speak to a manager and was ignored again by all the frontline staff, then one staff member stated the the lady in question was the manager. I will like to hear from the manager of this store as i support you guys alot and also my family members and friends support you of which i will put a total stop to supporting you from this day onwards. This is pathetic for a struggling time that we currently going through to chase away your clients.

Very poor service. Store closes at 22:00. At 20:40 they are cleaning and cant make burgers or hot rockets. Why are you open then? Store manager was unable to explain to me and the many others that were bothered by this. Very bad service.

Just had the horrible experience with The Reef Chicken licken so early bought soul mate party the wings are OFF thye smell horrible and the lady who was assisting me Happiness and Ntebo dont have good customer service.maybe they deliberately give me OFF chicken because I asked why they didnt show the pop shake meal since the soul mate party comes with pop shakes. It was still very early to eat off chicken 09:39am . Bad Customer Service
