Stopped off at Barcelos Bedfordview for a quick ☕️ and by chance found out they have 3 desserts on their menu for R17.90 each.🍰 Options - Malva, Chocolate Brownie and Lemon Cheesecake.The Malva and Brownie are served warm and plated. So, after deliberating, I decided to try out my absolute favourite of all 3, which all fall into the category of my favourite dessert - the Lemon Cheesecake.👏The cheesecake has a beautiful tangy lemon flavour from the smooth, creamy cheese filling atop a thick, crumbly biscuit base. You may want to underestimate the quality and flavour based on the plastic container and the price. But, WOW - it was divine, and a big portion. I’ll surely add 1 of each dessert to my next order of their delicious grilled chicken.Takeaway was their Double Delicious daily special. Amazing rolls with tasty chicken strips x 2 with chips.Oh, and their coffee is great if you like bean to cup, strong coffee. . Flat white was R15 👍 👍(😉 Life’s short, start with desert).

Friendly and fast service with reasonably priced dished to very affordable desserts and also, good atmosphere with a vast variety of music reaching from 80s pop culture to the latest hits. A modern aged road house take out joint with great tasting burgers, also have a sit down area. Prego burger was a double patty with 1 egg and a pineapple slice with flavour of customers choice, was made to my specifications, so attention to detail is there. Two thumbs up.

Barcelos is the best Portuguese delacacy, perfectly cooked chicken, burgers, preggos and so much more with friendly service and a unique atmosphere its more than just a takeaway restaurant so much more

They food from this place is the best ,I give 3 starts because my meal that I ordered last night was not good ,the garlic bread was dry and tasted stale and the chicken was not the normal prego I usually buy ....hopefully I wont experience such again
