I get Nandos for lunch a weekly basis and over the last few months the standard of food has dropped. This used the last remaining Nandos that I could rely on for good quality food and service. That is no longer the case, Now doesnt matter what I order from the hotpot to burgers to wraps all the chicken is tasteless...looks and tastes boiled not flame grilled...when I ask for extra sauce I never receive it and the drive thru staff have really bad attitudes. Not the standards Im used to...sorry but not worth the money....time to find somewhere else to get lunch

I ordered the Mozam Paprika flavoured full chicken with extra sauce and to my surprise when I opened the bag, it was not Mozam Paprika and the extra sauce was just oily water. Ive never been this disappointed in Nandos before. The chicken was just grilled with no sauce whatsoever added.

Service was very poor 😐 😢 😕 had ordered take away via phone . I got at Nandos Lambton nobody wanted to assist me pick up the order since sms gave me reference and said I must collect inside. I ended up asking all cashiers to assist me one helped to take payment of my order but went to the back after 15min I asked why I dont get my order only to find in on the counter nobody cares at Nanos Lambton

Quality control is bad. My order has not made well second complain within a month Manager intimate me to express my stress. I will never use this Nandos again. This bad service shame

Every time I have made an order in the last few months there is ALWAYS a mistake, I order a veggie wrap..I receive a chicken wrap which happened on two occasions, I ordered a side of kasa pap with tangy tomato sauce and receive plain pap, ordered a chicken wrap...it comes with literally one piece of chicken inside.Nandos isnt exactly cheap and I expect to at least get what I am paying for but I can honestly say that I will not be supporting nandos in lambton anymore. Very disappointing as it used to be such a pleasure and on top of everything.

Nandos hardly ever disappoints. The Lambton store gives the same quality and service that is synonymous with Nandos. The Drive Thru is also fairly quick at this store too which is nice. Inside the store is always clean and looks good as well.

Nice meat but sometimes they burn it

Ordered at about 17:30 on Sunday. Phoned us 3 times for address and spelt it out 3 times with detailed directions. Delivery was supposed to be 18:10. At 18:30 we get a call from so one saying our food has been delivered to their house. The delivery guy phones and asks for directions to us which is tricky as we have no idea where he is. Phone shop again with address and directions. At 19:00, cancelled order. Hardly going to be fresh if its be driven half way around Germiston for over an hour.Surely your drivers would have sat nav? Or one of your staff members has a smart phone they could jump on the WiFi with? We live about a 5 minute drive from the shop, can walk it in 15 minutes.Not like its the first time (but is probably the last) you have delivered to us.Had a few bad orders from you guys but this is the last time (the wrap we got on one order was so under cooked it turned the wrap into a complete inedible soggy mess).At the prices you charge, it should be a lot better. Pizza perfect is just over the road. They get to ours in under half hour from ordering everytime and its always good.Nandi Lambton - you suck.

Pathetic! A disgrace to the Nandos franchise. Drive thru took 45 minutes. Food was already cold when received. Didnt get my full order that was paid for. And the chicken was so small!Never again will I support Lambton Nandos.

Standing 45min at drive-thru. Asking to confirm the order. Then coming home to not getting chicken that you ordered is not in the bag. Phone 18 times and spend 30min ob the phone to try to get hold of the branch and manager. Finally getting help and promise that your order will be delivered. 1 and a half hours later and 4 calls, still no chicken was delivered and the jokw is that we live 7min from the branch. How wonderful is the service. I will ask everyone to please not support this branch. The service is worst than poor.

Ordered via telephone and went to collect. Food was ready on time, staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Everything was correct. No problems.

Placed an order through uner eats, of the order 2 servings of coleslaw was sour. I feel sick. Called them and was asked when am I driving there to collect more. Wow

Very good food, although there milkshakes and designer drinks are not as tasty as other branches.

I had the worst encounter at Nandos Lambton, being served my Sinaye Du toit. We placed our order with 2 of my friends and part of the order was a 2L coke, we had to request for glasses over 3 times and when she finally brought our glasses along with our order, she practically threw everything on the table with an unacceptable attitude. When we were done eating, not once did she come to clear our table and she avoided eye contact at all costs, which made it almost impossible to call her over as we also needed a doggy bag. When I approached her asking for her name she gave me an incorrect name, I had to ask her colleagues. This is unacceptable on the highest level!!!

They certainly dont know how to prepare chicken. Not cooked properly and just sauce thrown over. Over cooked.

Like their service and food though there is room of improvement as all humans have those slight loopholes.

Food is great hate the giving in your slip at the collection window only to have it not returned due to it being thrown away by staff. There should be a better way to check that the right customer get the correct order.

The peri-peri sauce should be hotter than it is .

Its what youd expect from a Nandos, great taste and quick service when its not too busy. I cant give them 5 stars because I always order my full chicken with extra sauce but they never honour that request, ever. When its a deluvery order I end up accepting the order because the poor delivery guy has nothing to do with how the order was prepared. Next time Ill tip the delivery guy and send the order back. Maybe then theyll take me seriously.

Firstly no chxiken available at past 6pm for a quaeter.chicken meal. Then we ordered cjicken burgers which was a huge diaappointment. Ice cold chicken drenched in cold saucs, on a cold bum with cold tomato and terrible lettuce. The dry hard inner parts of the lettuce plucked on and so much of it. Yhe chicken had this weird cold taste and not flamegrilled at all. Icy cold chicken straight from the fridge to the bun. So disapppinting. The chips were fresh and hot so why was the burger cold. Not the first time we are let down by this Nandos and this is the first time I ate here in 2020, due to past disappointments.

Uegggggg, nothing like waiting for 2 hours just to get chicken that is barely cooked, I had to put it in my oven at home for almost 20 minutes before it was cooked, time is very valuable and I dont like mine wasted, will never go to any Nandos, never mind Lambton ever again, raw chicken can make you VERY Ill and if they let a chicken that is this raw slide out of the kitchen, Im wondering if they are even taking any precautions with Covid 19, certainly hope the owners get flak from Nandos for this, probably wont though as I cant even get hold of the manager.

Their service is terrible, the chicken is either undercooked or overcooked.The call centre states they close at 21h00 on a Sunday, their opening and closing time poster reads 21h00, then you wait in a que for 25 minutes to be told they changed their closing times on a Sunday to 20h00 and are not willing to assist. No use trying complain to the manager as she doesnt care at all.

Placed an order at 19:41. Delivery time set at 20:35. It is now 21:42 and no delivery as yet. Tried calling the store 20 times from 2 different numbers with no answer. Called the call centre. They also tried calling the branch with one call answered and then immediately dropped and the second call just unanswered. I take it that we will not be receiving our food as ordered. This service is disgusting especially for a franchise such as Nandos. We will refrain from supporting your store again until the service has improved. Management urgently need to take this terrible service up with their employees.

I ordered food yesterday and its a disgrace that it took 90 minutes to get to my house the food was ice cold, the sauce disintegrated the package and everything was soaked in sauce. To top it all the chicken livers had 5 pieces of liver in the box and that for R44.00 per meal. Its the worst part of extortion during this period.

It was a nice busy place. I enjoy they food so for me its great ..Nandos is good as any other . Great food great atmosphere and friendly service. If you driving around and looking for a great quick meal pop in there you will not be disappointed.

The Staff is just too slow. The place was empty but took long to deliver the meal. Even at the Tills we waited to be served and were two cashiers but the service was slow. The Corvid-19 Screens at the Tills was dirty and says a lot about that restaurant

Havent had Nandos in a while, decided to have a sit down meal. Food was really nice, and couldnt complain. Would rather do take away next time as the place got really really noisy after a short while, and got the feeling that some of the staff had a bit of a doing you a favor attitude.
