Like most Nandos this stores decor is modern and attractive. The staff are friendly and efficient. We were welcomed into the store and directed to the person who would ring up our takeaway order. Our food arrived quickly and the order was correct. Food was fresh and tasty. Would definitely recommend a visit there.

Good and friendly service provided by cashiers, but I think a now and then checking up of diners will be a plus to compliment the initial service, I saw a couple coming in, went straight to the table ,not knowing that they should order first before sitting,if there was checking of patrons ,someone wouldve have picked them up..

Very quick service. The sides seemed small at first but the size of the chicken pieces more than compensated for it (they made it more healthy and manageable by giving less fries and coleslaw).

Its crazy how expensive this place has gotten. And the meal sizes are even more smaller. After being out of the country for 2 years Nandos is the last place I would ever eat at again.To top it off the owner feels he can hide behind a screen and tell clients to send there complaint to HQ. Its your store stop pointing a finger and own up to your actions.

Nandos Eastgate take away is rather disappointing last month bought sit in plus take away only to get burnt chicken with no extra sauce as requested and half burnt chicken then rock hard wedges. Yesterday got a burnt share N tear. SO Disappointing

Went there yesterday. Got there to dirty tables waited and waited for the waiter to clean our table. Had to go and ask him to come clean for us. There was only 1 waiter in sight and he confirmed he was working alone. Finally our food came and our meat was dry and COLD. I was so disappointed as were we so hungry and had traveled long distance from our holiday to be met with such service.

Nandos is one other shop which is managed to maintain their quality of service across all most of the shops this one in particular was is situated inside Eastgate Mall , I would give it 8% due to the fact that even though Im happy with the customer service they are when is to customers needs his not hundred percent I would give probably 30% but customer service once they see that you need help theyll help you hundred percent so I wear nice can be improved and also I think they are sitting area is always too full due to the fact that that is more tables them need to be there should probably remove about 10 tables from there and then they would be enough sitting area so that people can be arranged properly but otherwise Im very happy with this shop

The service by the tiller was good but the lady who brought our food was extremely rude, and impolite at all. We were directed at a table that was dirty and when we requested her to clean it she became obnoxious and did not want to clean it. She finally cleaned it when we treaten to talk to a manager on duty. But for some reason she left the floor wet from spilled cold drink. When I then decided to clean the table thoroughly my self and she got upset that am making her look incompetent. Very unpleasant situation. Nicely upgraded but very poor service.

Even with the raise in prices, the cost of the meal at Nandos was still reasonable. The quality hasnt dropped- the chicken is still quite great- and the customer service was of a good standard. We will return there, and I would recommend it as a place to eat.

The place is ok. Cashiers always seem to be in a bad mood. I see they are closing the shop soon for renovations so take note. Cashiers are not sure when it will open again...so much for working there

Food was flavourless and the chicken tasted as if it was boiled and then warmed... Food was served cool. Garlic roll had barely any garlic or butter on it. Sauces were drowned In vinegar.... Chips were edible.
