Good food friendly staff, but can be slow at times. They need to improve service offerings including ice-creams. Always ice-cream machines broken down.

Got the worst experience at Chinese Licken Germiston 2 that is by cnr Webber and Angus Street. On 13 March 4 days before my birthday I God bad customer service. See attached slip from mh bank I requested to make a payment with tap option, it seemed the cashier could not select the option as I normally do the tap option instead she laughed at me . I requested the Manager to offer mee service and she did then I told my self never to visit Chicken liken ever again .

Drive through is a nightmare because it flows onto a very busy road, accident/road rage waiting to happen.

Drive through orderine machine was out of order. We had to order at the collection Window and qued for almost 25 minutes on the drive through.

The staff members are rude. They take their time to actually get your order done. They once gave chicken thats not fresh asked them to exchange it for me and they said No, take your money and leave i always have encounters with yhe staff members I even stopped buying there.

Went there about 2days ago and one attendant did all the work at the front desk single handedly (taking customer orders from drive-thru and walk-in, dispatched food, served ice-cream, one packed the food into packaging, one coated chicken and fried it and still had to make burgers and other cosmetic meals ordered by customers). This meant that literally one customer could be served at a time, more time spent waiting for food which overturned the concept of fast-food. Worst experience from a Chicken Licken outlet.
