This mc donalds does not even deserve a one star, it deserves NO STARS. I have been to this mc donalds in the morning, more than once! about 5 times already! There is always a problem or they close, clearly their working hours need to be updated on the website. If I was the owner, I would fire the manager, and be ashamed to own this particular mc donalds. When it is open eventually, the service is extremely slow. I will advise everyone to make use of a dif mc donalds. This mc donalds wll no longer see me. Most pathetic one ever.

Ordered breakfast this morning, order incorrect plus missing items, it makes you so irritated because you arrive home and food is missing, no point driving all the way back.Why is it the responsibility of the Customer to check the order?Why cant you check and just get it right?This is common issue with the Edenvale branch and guess what? No one cares to improve it.

From other reviews, I see others have had the same experience. Ordered for delivery, Order was short of 1 coke, 1 chips and the incorrect nuggets.Contacted scoot and all they could offer was a refund on the missing items.I would not recommend this McDonald’s branch because they clearly have an issue with staff either reading orders wrong , or stealing food.I would not recommend Scoot either , while the driver tried his best, there was very poor service from the contact center when trying to figure out the issue with our order and resolve the issue

Could at least make sure that the speaker works at the drive through, then perhaps they would get the order rightAnd Im sorry, but after you place your order and are then told to park and wait, its no longer a drive through, its simply a parking lot

Bought my daughter a McDonalds Apple McFizz at the Edenvale drive through, when we got home she noticed that there was a insect in her drink. We did not open the container which means that the store has bugs in the area where food is prepared, a definite Food Safety violation. We do not stay close to the store to collect another one and I was concerned that it may also contain a bug. I feel sick as I drank mine without checking. More emphasis is placed on the patrons wearing masks at the window than clearing the food preparation area from bugs.

The food was fresh and stuff provided me with good service, Im not sure if this was because it was empty when I went there but either way Im happy with my visit.

Always gud to visit one of these, Level of service = to other stores.

I was from Stoneridge McDonalds and was so disappointed with thier service. Left and went to Wimpy, bad service. Finally got to Edenvale McDonalds, what a relief... I got the service that McDonalds is known for.

Well they are great service and caring see one day they put almost everything in on packet and I still ordered an ice-cream so what happened is the packet broke and then I tried to catch the packet well I balanced the ice-cream and milkshake but then the ice-cream messed and my chips so what happened was there was a lady that works there and she saw what happened so then she helped picked up the stuff and remade both ice-cream and chips 🍟

Slowest McDonald’s experience ever. The place was practically empty and the only reason there was a queue was because people were waiting for 20+ minutes for their food. To add to all this, my fries were cool and under seasoned. Disappointed.

Drive thru not so good. Bought my kids hot chocolate and filter coffee for me and my wife but didnt get sugat sachets👁️

Despite the HUGE sign at the Drive Through inviting me swap out my drink for the new Hazelnut Iced Coffee, I was told at the second window I have to come inside to order it.

Snails.......very slow pace through drive thru Saturday 31-Jul-2021. 30min from arrriving to the drive thru till collection.On ordering it took 20min to collect. When Ive collected, they even initially gave me the wrong order.

I went through the drive through this evening, the chips were cold and looked as if it was refried. The nuggets were cold and cold, looked refried as well. I am so tired of complaining because Mcdonalds management dont care!!!

The staff were on a serious go-slow today! Took way too long to grab 3 chocolate muffins. And the drive-thru alarm worked overtime. There just wasnt any sense of urgency in the kitchen whatsoever.

Waiting an hour and a half is just terrible. Bad service. Disinterested employees. Disorganized system. WORST EXPERIENCE

Didnt even order. Waited over 15 minutes at the back of the queue in the drive thru. Sadly inside was just as busy with queues of order to deliver and customers waiting for their food. Very disappointing.

Super super busy!!!! 13h30 may not be rye best time to visit. But, I have to commend them, as busy as they were, the food was good and super fresh. They didnt have ice though which was a bummer.

Extremely slow and the cashier and manager didnt know how to correct an error that the cashier had made. My husband was a good person and told the cashier he under charged him by R200. The correction om the error took 40 mins whilst standing in the drive thru queue. People behind us were judging us and giving us attitude because we were the ones holding up the queue although management couldnt sort their error.Not very impressed with this McDonalds.

60% of the time your order will be correct, the other 40% there will be an issue ranging from something as minor as your bun being slightly burnt to your entire order being incorrect.

This is the third time I have ordered something at the automatic mahhine where they tell me my item is not available and they cant refund me. Its appalling that you would allow customers to pay for something and then force them to choose an alternative.

Would give 0 stars but you cant. Probably the worst service imaginable. They deliver half an order. I ordered through uber eats, but they never delivered a meal. So as a normal person I call them. They proceed to tell me I must call Uber because its their fault. This is no fault on Ubers side, the meals chips and cooldrink was delivered. So if they didnt get the order, which is what they claim, then how did my chips and cooldrink get delivered? They are incompetent and has a shockingly low level of customer service

Drive through order specified drink NO Ice, teller Motlapema. Collection counter brought drink with ice told her I ordered no ice drink then she tells me to go back to the person ego took the order!!!

They dont read the orders properly because we ordered for delivery and we have had missing items from our orders twice now.

Wow worst experience ever, the drive thru should have been the option i should have chosen, if only, took more than 10 min to get noticed at the till, the coke was flat and hot i asked for any other drink thinking it woukd be fizzy and cold, same thing twice, the burgers were fantastic tho, i will not go back again tho, sorry guys

The worst McDonalds I have ever ordered from.I had a chicken fold over which the chicken its self was burnt.I ordered a Large meal and in return I received a small amount of fries in a large box, this is theft.this happened 6th Jan 2021 - the worst experience I have received from a world wide franchise
