You walk in and first thing, you are greeted by friendly eyes of someone to sanitize your hands, the place is super clean. Covid-19 regulations are followed and customers comply.Management is always willing to help solve any sort of problem one could have,staff very efficient.

Out of All KFC outlets around East London this one was the worst. My zinger Wings Literally had NO SEASONING AT ALL! they were just crunchy without flavor or taste or even Hot. Imagine I bought 10 and two All star BoxesEven if I wont be returning here but please add salt, kfc spices or something. When I buy zinger Im expecting something hot not Bland crunchy wings!

The shop was full and busy and I only spent 10 minutes waiting for service. A pleasant visit to the store. I was very impressed with the excellent service.

The place have only one ablutions facility. You stand on a long line for buying food and again for ablutions facility. Not convenient for someone whos in a hurry shame. Im mostly worried about someone whos coming with a child.

Here they dont usually take orders over the phone but an exception was made for me. When I called I talked to a Gary and he was a very pleasant guy. He told me mam we dont take over the phone orders (understandably so) but he proceeded to take mine and told me to ask for him by name when I got there. I did just that and I was in and out In 2 minutes. A very busy place but love it.

The cashier was more helpful than the manager when I told the cashier that the last time I bought 8 pieces instead I got 7 she apologized and referred me to the manager and I went to the manager she answered with the attitude saying she cant help without the slip

So, I wanted to place an order but the lady who was supposed to attend me talked to her colleague while I was standing there for a minute, after I received my order, the woman who gave me my order she didnt tell me I should wait for my drink, as I walked out, I realized there was something missing and I went back,, but she rolled her eyes and blamed me instead..Horrible customer service😡

The Food here is always good as it is a franchise standard. its great for a quick bite are great for big meals as the cater for both. The service how ever is not always consistant. There are days when the service is great and there is a friendly person either at the counter or at the drive through but at the same time there are days when you can physically see that the person helping you dones not want t be there.

A staff member refuses to clean up the table as requested by a customer bcos she was chatting with her store manager laughing and the so called store manager couldnt make sure she does instead ended up doing it by himself . I even asked the young lady if she heard the request and said she did but ddnt like the way the customer patted her for attention while chatting
