Ordered two crunch burgers only to find there was no patties on them.... terrible service,

Waited over 30 minutes for Streetwise 5 while Mr D and Uber Eats were receiving preferance

Not an enjoyable store. Its in my KFCs to be avoided list. If the owner put he effort in and revamped to traditional presentation, monitored staff and generally just showed he cared about perception, the store would be more appealing to all.l - the product would improve as a result.

Meat wasnt ready on time as I waited 28min for my order to ready. The lady who gave me my order wasnt friendly at all, she even pushed the my food with a I DONT CARE MANNER. Did not angage, did not communicate at all. The kind of service I get in the morning should be the same when the store is about to close...

The queues were very long. No social distancing. Your staff should control the queueing system and when they see the place is full, make them wait out side.Plus ur sanitizer is horrible. You rub and rub it does not dissappear if feels like youre have mucus stuck on ur hands.

Cannot get a single order correct. I even went into store because delivery is useless. The person who packs checks your slip against the monitor and not what is in the bag. This is how you test whether a printer and screen match out. I made them unpack and show me each item. At the bottom we find wrong items. Absolutely hopeless and no care for the brand or job.

They are fast on normal days and the food is on point,but when it is busy,they can be a little slow because of online orders,they need to allocate staff and a facility for online orders.

The Food here is always good as it is a franchise standard. its great for a quick bite are great for big meals as the cater for both. The service how ever is not always consistent. There are days when the service is great and there is a friendly person either at the counter or at the drive through but at the same time there are days when you can physically see that the person helping you does not want t be there.

Service is good. The quality of their chicken is better than the other branches. Waiting period for your order is minimal.

I waited for 34 minutes to get a a wrapper box and wings, noone was communicating with us, and it felt as if it was normal. Im very very disappointed.

There are exceptional cases of good & quick service. However, on my recent visit I ordered an All Star Box; the food was tasteless (like no spice nje).As if that wasnt enough, I carefully opened my bottled stoney (no fizzle whatsoever), as soon as I put in that cardboard straw of theirs my drink started foaming & spilling over. That was it for me.

I have had very bad service from kfc and a bad experience with the food. Sadly kfc is kfc but vincent kfc is better than kfc in town and in fleet street.
