Great experience at the new KFC in Cambridge. We ordered a Wrapsta box and a All star lunch box. They have the diet Stoney cooldrink available instead of the normal boring diet drinks they normally have available. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We waited a total of 5 minutes for our order 😁. The food is great. It doesnt seem like much food until you start eating. Overall very impressed as someone who generally avoids take aways.

Your staff doesnt know chicken portions. I asked them not to give me a breast but upon checking my order they had. Your staff still argued with me. My other order the chips were ice cold. When I returned the bucket for 1 order to complain, the lady serving me was very cheeky. I must say 80% of the time I always get a wrong order even if I asked specifically not to be given a breast...

Disgusting service. Why offer curbside pick up and make me wait over an hour while people who pull in after me get their food ? I phoned and get told they will see where it is. Ridiculous stupid system

Food is becoming really bad now. Sad to see such a popular place loosing its touch. Plus whats worse sometimes the food order is either very wrong or there is food short. Occured 3 times already in the last 4 months.

Park and order is good in Corona suitation

First time going there, and I doubt I will be back. The box meal I had ordered could not be done, because they did not have buns. And could not be replaced by any of the other box meals. I ended up purchasing something I really was not interested in, and could not go and purchase elsewhere due to time constraints.
