I LOVED their dunked wings. The pieces are BIG and TASTY. Also, the service was GREAT!😃

Really disgusted with our meal. We purchased chicken, wings, chips and mash and gravy. The chips are pap, the wings are not zinger wings as they have no seasoning, no spice nothing. Worst damn wings and they are super oily and some had fallen out of their packaging. I only are one piece of chicken as it was horrible. Oily, fatty. Thick skin and batter. Really disgraceful

Be prepared to wait while 2 counter staff have long conversations with one customers. Then wait much longer for your order. And to top it off - veg burger was not available

Great location for those using coastal route to get to Gqeberha and Cape Town. Excellent, quick and quality service they provide.

Fast but just had to precook wings they were under cooked

My husband and I just bought 2 burgers and they were absolutely appalling - tasteless, not seasoned and they tasted old. Im never going to buy from there and I am going to post on my social networks. What a letdown and a waste of my money!

They care about people,you feel welcomed and their meal or whatever you want is very very fresh and nice.

I love this KFC, some of the most amazing and friendly staff work there... we have built a relationship where then know that I do not expect them to give me bad service, and even if sometimes I ruffle up feathers of the team... we have an amazing understanding... they are by far the best KFC I have had if East London...Oh, and the Wings are killer...

It was great going through the drive-in and the service were quick and the attendant were very friendly.

KFCs been quite busy earlier this evening and the waiting just about 5-8mins at the driv thru. Its usually quicker. Also considering that there were customers in store, it was still ok. I prefer KFC Greenfields. Thanks team for doing your best.

Guys we need to talk about KFC greenfields. Its like they have schedule to dissapoint customers. Everyday they prepare something new to irritate customers. The ever not working electronic machine, power, icecream machine, shortage of chicken during peak hours, etc.

Something is just unpleasant about how they flip their menus,and we ordered a big burger according to their marketing pictures and it was just 2 bites

Usually not my preferred store for kfc but its close to where I live. Usually not happy with the quality of the meat but tonight it was the service. And it was my last time trying to buy from that store

Waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes for my drive though order and probably would have waited longer if not having to go in and check where the order is. Also, noticed when I got home, some of the items were incorrect, such as a sweet chilli twister instead of a dunked twister and to finish off the experience, food that I had paid for was not in the bag.

It was bad I went in my lunch time and I had to tell them Im in a hurry than only they decided to hurry plus I get charged for a street wise 2 and 3 where by I only ordered a street wise 2 now I had to wait for that to be reversed aswell... very inconsiderate

Well as always the chicken is yummy and fresh. So are the fried chips and the crispy wings. There is however one nasty problem at the drive through. The corner is rather too tight for a vehicle towing a trailer to navigate the roadway. The complex is rather busy and space is a problem. The shops are too close to each other hence expecting a traffic build up so be careful. KFC menu is always good and cannot be found wanting.

It was my first visit, rushing to airport for my Airbus to JHB. Since I didnt eat anything I decided to drive by and grab something. I ordered a double crunchy without tomato as I am allergic to tomato, on sitting down at airport in the air craft then I was just taking my first bite to my surprise the tomato was smiling at me me. I had to throw my money in the trash bin.

I think a one star is even to big of a rating, because I have never been treated like this at a drive through. I waited 20 minutes at the box and no one asked for my order. When I said hallo is there any one going to help the woman said CAN YOU PLEASE WAIT. I was so shocked to hear an employee say that to a customer who WOULD of order a whole family meal. I will never go back to that kfc I would rather drive to Oxford streets kfc than be served at greenfields kfc!

The Food here is always good as it is a franchise standard. its great for a quick bite are great for big meals as the cater for both. The service how ever is not always consistent. There are days when the service is great and there is a friendly person either at the counter or at the drive through but at the same time there are days when you can physically see that the person helping you does not want t be there.

This KFC sucks. I went to the drive through ordered 1 meal. And waited 26 minutes in my car in the parking. Only to get out go in and ask where my food is. Was answered we sorry about that. I was literally 1 of 2 customers there and it took 26 minutes. Do not recommend this place for service.

Never. Have the food ready. In the drive threw always. Have a wait off 15 min. Then to top it off your food ice cold I think you guys need to pull your act together

I bought their Tuesday special as a takeaway and only when I got to the office did I realise that they sold me old chicken. It had a funny smell and I immediately threw it away.
