Good service for how busy they were. Didnt get the order wrong. The KFC in Greenfields always seems to get the order wrong.

Terrible. At 6pm on a Sunday the main entrance to walk in is closed. Waited 10mins in the drive through line only to get to the front and while ordering 2 pieple just walked to the drive through window and ordered on foot? Burger was slapped together sauce all over the box.

I dont know if my timing is always wrong however, whenever I go there I have to wait by the parking for my order.

They never seem to have ice cream when we go there.

I wish to have the management contact details. Drive through for 2 x bucket for 1, paid at 20h36, eventually waited in the dodgy car park, by 9 when they closed the doors, went in to be told sorry mam.Eventually collected the food at 21h20.FAST FOOD definetly not. Watched other cars and customers receive orders except for ours.I have photos of receipt and very disappointed food!!This is disgusting service. And needs to be escalated. KFC have closed their toilets. Would they prefer you to pee against their wall outside? Ridiculous

Had to wait for the meal, and the meat had burnt taste to it.

Waited 50min for my order, phoned was told to come in, advised I couldnt as my child was sleeping.... spoke to a supervisor only to be told she will get back to me, she didnt take my name nor my number, if it wasnt for a friendly bystander that when inside on my behalf I would still be sitting there.

The service was good, the turnaround time fair and the food was actually good.

Sometimes you get good food and good service. Other times not so much. I guess it depends who is on duty. Had a bad experience with a twister that tasted stale. And the other time I had fantastic chicken. So fresh.

Had to wait and wait and wait as this store ran out of chicken. And had to cook more. I doubt I will support you in the future

Comparing it with other KFC they have really great service. But their wings dont compare to Amalinda KFC for some reason. But I will but there again.

Kholie manager refused to switch aircon off or increase temperature that was on cold even with everyone having jackets on. Reason she used, company told them not to change it even upon customers request and mainly due to them chasing away flied

Always friendly and fast service. my so called double crunch had no crunch what so ever No special sauce at all chicken very dry. Potatoe patty was ok. Shocked at size for R47 very very disappointed. Waited over 30min11.04 2019 about 7.30.

Use the drive-through and was told at the 2nd window that I had to wait in the parking lot for 11min for hot & fresh, as the had no chicken pieces ... not a good thing is you have a hungry child in the car. Counted the car coming out of the drive-through that also had to park and wait - 12 cars. 2min later we only git our food.

Yho went there just after they close, they let me buy and taught me a lesson that I should never go there just after theyve closed the Drive-Thru window. I paid and had to wait for 20 minutes. Yho hayi.

Kfc gonubie has always been the best store in the entire of east london they treat me well and i treat them well always friendly service and fresh food mad fast i will always support gonubie but there are stores that really need to improve a lot shocking service frome alot of other stores .
