Giving it a 3 star for service, but their chicken, wings and chips I give them 1 star. I didnt enjoy my wings and chicken. They were blunt and the chips were slap chips with oil.

The meat is delicious, but the waiting...

The meat was fresh,very fresh compared to some stores that sell some left overseas with chips that are not appetising at all.This has always been my best KFC in the City.

I must say. Staff is really great at this KFC along with surviving their clients. You know when the lines get busy. They add more cashiers just so that one dont wait for long. Thier kitchen staff also make sure that orders are being delivered for drive through as well as clients inside the shop. Awesome service. Would recommend them to anyone any time.

Good customer service they always greet with a smile and orders are quick.

Their drive thru is very quick to process orders and serve food.

It Was Great And I Had Amazing time At the KFC. Pleasant And Friendly Workers.

I ordered on Monday the 30 August 2021 at 15h00 and I had to fight for my order to be delivered until 19:00 where it was done in Greenfields by a Lady who even paid from her own pocket to deliver it. You guys are just another waste. Well it is not new, every where KFC is a worse place to be, their staff is lazy, rude and arrogant youd swear to be employed in KFC you must prove how arrogant, rude and lazy you can be. With their incompetent Managers, there is always something not on stock with KFC 🚮

Ive not dont been inside the shop I was use their drive-thru and is always been fast for me

The cashier refused to return my greeting and stared at me until I awkwardly ordered my food. She said most items were not available and added items to my order that she dreamt about. I have it all recorded on my Dashcam and when I called the manager she was very kind and did resolve the issue.The cashier refused to upsize the meals as that is no longer possible at KFC. She added a 500ml coke to our order on a nugget meal(which also doesnt exist according to her).

Service was very bad for me as an online customer. I placed and paid my order online, but waited almost an hour to collect my food. POOR SERVICE IN-STORE.

Every time you come here you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for your chicken! Why do they not make more throughout the day to ensure they always have enough so people dont have to wait so long? Its supposed to be fast food! Also when you order a streetwise 2 you end up with a dry breast and a wing! And why do they never give you the kfc salt, you lucky if you get 1!

Dreadful service. Ordered at the drive-thru the new Flaming Wrapstar - huge advertising and promo only to be told that there were no tortillas to make them. Went with Sweet Chilli wraps. At the payment window we were given no slip for our purchase and were told to go and wait in the car park where our purchase would be brought to us. Twenty five minutes later I went into the store only to find our order on the counter ice cold waiting for someone to bring it to us. Definitely wont be back...

Waited longer then 45mins for my drive thru order. Also one crunch burger missing half a bun. Will never use them again.

On my last visit, it was rather crowded , and the drive- thru queue took more than 45 minutes.

The food is generally good. Not always consistent with their quality though. Also, they have given me an incorrect order twice this year of which they made me go back to exchange if i wanted the right order which is nonsense but thats how it is - customer is not always right with them.

This place sucks, everytime going through drive thorough you get to be told to stop at a certain distance, I thus sucks and unprofessional, you manager you are very unprofessional to put your employees on that, I mean its very unnecessary and unreasonable. SIS

There was a few people inside Amalinda KFC waiting almost an hour for my 15 pieces staff is more concern to serve the drive 🚗 through got home my 15 piece meal was actually a 14 piece meal and this is not the first time we are being 1 piece short and there is no spices included

Nicely isolated from the congestion with lots of parking. The generator backup should be applauded during the hard times of load shedding. However, when I was there on Sunday (17/03) afternoon, it was making a horrible loud noise, indicating that it requires servicing.
